Pakistan Cricket Team warmly welcomed in India

I was very happy to note that the Pakistan cricket team got a rousing welcome from the Indian public on their arrival in Hyderabad, India to play in the World Cup.

The Pakistani media, which is largely anti Indian, and many Pakistanis, were pleasantly surprised at the hearty welcome given to the Pakistan team in India

Pakistani Captain Babar Azam was overwhelmed by the warm welcome he received, and he said he felt he was in Pakistan

He gave a statement that earlier he and his team were nervous about coming to India, but Indians won their hearts by the enthusiatic welcome they gave

This shows that despite all attempts by certain people to create enmity between India and Pakistan, the Indian public does not harbour any hostility towards Pakistanis, and have displayed maturity. After all, cricket is just a game, and is not war.

My own opinion is that India and Pakistan are one country, so we should cheer the Pakistani team if it wins any match as if India has won, and if they lose we should feel India has lost.

In the India vs Pakistan matches, whichever team wins we should think that India has won, because Pakistan and India are really one

Ahead of Indo-Pak clash, JKSA issues advisory for Kashmiri students

Ahead of the upcoming India-Pakistan clash in the Asia Cup on 2nd September, the Jammu and Kashmir Student Association (JKSA) has urged the students hailing from the Union territory and studying at different universities all over the nation to take the game in its spirit and stay away from posts on social media which might lead them into trouble.

JKSA asking the students to take it as just another game and stay away from trouble. We have urged Kashmiri students studying at different universities all over the nation to have their priority set for their education and career for which they have travelled to different parts of the nation from their home state of Jammu and Kashmir,”. The association reminds students of the sacrifices made by their family members fathers who have worked tirelessly, brothers who have taken loans, sisters who have sold jewelry, and mothers who pray diligently for their well- being.

The students need to take sports as a game and stay away from social media posts during and after the match, which might create any kind of indiscipline at any institution across the country or land them in trouble. They should not get involved in unnecessary debates, discussions or social media chat and should enjoy the game with true sportsman spirit,” JKSA appealed.

It’s essential for students to recognize bt he The Political connotations and feelings attached to this game are very serious. So, Students should enjoy the game with the true spirit of a sportsman. The students must understand that by cheering for any particular team, they are putting themselves in a vulnerable position. Hence, students should take precautions to ensure their safety on campuses and in their accommodations while considering the well-being of their families back home.

Games and sports extend beyond mere entertainment; they teach us about brotherhood and peace. These events should serve as opportunities to foster unity and harmony, not violence.

  • Celebrating our defeat By Justice Katju

Celebrating our defeat By Justice Katju

Many Indians are celebrating Pakistan’s defeat by England in the T20 World Cup cricket tournament, as if India has won the Cup.

These fools don’t understand that India and Pakistan are in fact one country, only temporarily divided by the Britishers ( the way they divided Ireland, Cyprus, Palestine, etc ) by that historical swindle called Partition, on the basis of the bogus two nation theory, the whole object being to prevent India from emerging as a modern industrial giant ( for which it has all the potential ), like another China.

We share the same culture, look like each other, many of us speak the same language, Hindustani ( called Hindi by Indians and Urdu by Pakistanis ), and we were one since Mughal times. Indians and Pakistanis socialise abroad as if no Partition had ever occurred.

We are bound to reunite one day under a secular govt, though that will take time. West and East Germany were reunited in 1990 after a partition of 45 years. So a defeat of Pakistan is in fact our defeat, and their victory is our victory.

When an Indian soldier kills a Pakistani soldier he is behaving like a fool, because he is killing his own countryman, and similarly, when a Pakistani soldier kills an Indian soldier he is behaving like a fool because he is killing his own countryman.

Hindus and Muslims were befooled by the Britishers into thinking we are each other’s enemies, but how much longer must we remain befooled ? How much longer must we waste our precious resources in hostility with each other ? Is 75 years not enough ?
