    Eligibility Criteria:
    For Technician Apprentice (Mechanical), candidates must hold a full-time 3-year Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. For Technician Apprentice (Electrical), a full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required. For Telecommunication & Instrumentation, candidates must possess a full-time 3-year Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Telecommunication, Radio Communication, Instrumentation & Control, or Electronics Engineering. For Trade Apprentice (Assistant-Human Resource), a full-time Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University is needed. For Trade Apprentice (Accountant), candidates must have a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. For Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices), minimum 12th pass qualification is required. For Domestic Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders), minimum 12th pass along with a Skill Certificate in Domestic Data Entry Operator issued by NSQF recognized authority is needed.

    The minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 24 years as of 31st August 2025, with relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.

    How to Apply:
    Interested candidates must register themselves on the NATS or NAPS portal according to their respective trade. After registration, they must complete the application on the IOCL Pipelines portal at plapps.indianoilpipelines.in before 18th September 2025.     Benefits of LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship

    An amount of Rs.40,000/- per annum, will be awarded to the selected Scholar who pursues higher education in the field of Medicine (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS) and shall be payable every year in two instalments Rs.20000/- each during the duration of the course, subject to eligibility.

    An amount of Rs.30,000/- per annum, will be awarded to the selected Scholar who pursues higher education in the field of Engineering (BE, BTECH, BArch) and shall be payable every year in two instalments of Rs.15000/- each during the duration of the course, subject to eligibility.

    An amount of Rs.20,000/- per annum will be awarded to the selected Scholars who pursues education in the field of Graduation in any discipline, Integrated Courses, Diploma Course in any field or other equivalent courses, Vocational Courses through Government recognized Colleges /Institutes or courses in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and shall be payable every year in two instalments of Rs.10000/- each during the duration of the course, subject to eligibility.
