Unable to afford a wedding photographer, man uses hotel’s CCTV footage to create his wedding album

Allocating your wedding budget can be one of the hardest tasks when planning your big day. With so many elements to consider, it is easy to lose track and mount up if not accounted for initially. With the advent of social media, especially Instagram, the cost of wedding photography has risen exorbitantly and in some weddings, the cost of wedding photography takes the maximum share.

In Indore, a groom got so fed up with the high quotes even from the local wedding photographers that he devised a new way to create his wedding album. Reportedly, the man took all the CCTV footage of the wedding venue, hotel, and edited the footages himself to create his wedding album.

The photos and videos in album were black and white, to which the groom said that “monochrome” was the theme of his wedding.

Speaking to The Fauxy, one of the groom’s friends said “Alok (Groom) was worried about the wedding photography and the bride was more excited about the wedding album than the wedding itself. And after seeing the quotes by the local photographers he decided not to go ahead with them. Soon he claimed that his engagement ring is stolen and used it as an excuse to get all the CCTV footages of the hotel during wedding time. Even during his wedding he was learning photo and video editing. He took out time during honeymoon and created his wedding album“.

Bride, who was very happy with the wedding album and its theme monochrome, has now deleted her Instagram account out of embarrassment.

Shah Rukh looks dapper at Smriti Irani’s daughter’s wedding reception

Mumbai: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who is basking in the success of ‘Pathaan’, recently marked his presence at the wedding reception of Union Minister of Women and Child Development Smriti Irani’s daughter Shanelle Irani.
On Friday, Smriti, also a former actress, hosted the reception for the members of the film and political fraternity. SRK was one of the guests.
A picture has been doing the rounds on the internet in which Shah Rukh is seen striking a pose with Smriti Irani and her husband Zubin Irani. We can also see Mouni Roy and her husband Suraj Nambiar standing next to Zubin in the image.
Dressed in a black suit and black shirt, SRK looked dapper.
All thanks to Mouni for giving a glimpse of SRK at the wedding reception of Shanelle.
Fans in the comments were quick to point out that ‘scientist’ and ‘junoon’ have met again, referring to SRK and Mouni’s roles in ‘Brahmastra’.

Meanwhile, on the work front, SRK is busy shooting for Atlee’s directorial ‘Jawan’. He recently headed to Pune for the film’s shoot. The film, which also stars Nayanthara, is all set to hit the theatres on June 2 in five languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.

It is billed as an event film with high-octane action sequences. Shah Rukh’s production company Red Chillies Entertainment has produced it. In June 2022, SRK unveiled the film’s teaser which opened with a glimpse of the Northern Lights over mountain tops.
Apart from ‘Jawan’, SRK also has Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’. The film marks SRK’s first collaboration with Taapsee Pannu.

Jaipur: India T20 cricket team captain Hardik Pandya and Natasha Stankovic are going to marry once again after the couple had a low key marriage in 2020 due to the COVID pandemic. The wedding functions started in Udaipur on Monday and will continue for the next two days. The wedding will take place on February 14, Valentine’s Day.
Earlier, both of them had a court marriage on 31 May 2020. However, this time they will marry according to traditional customs. The function will be held at the Raffles hotel in Udaipur.
The couple also has a two-year-old son, Agastya.
Hardik Pandya and Natasha Stankovic reached Udaipur on Monday for the wedding. Family members and Indian cricketer Ishan Kishan have also come with them. Hyderabad: Man arrested for carrying out wedding procession

Hyderabad: It is never a good idea to get drunk till you drop at a wedding and worse if your drunken state happens to have a little chat with the police.
Well that’s what happened with 27-year-old Srawan who entered into an argument with the Hyderabad police and hindered them from discharging their duties.
Srawan was part of a marriage brigade that reportedly had not taken prior permission from the police to take out the baraat. According to police, it is mandatory for a marriage party with the band to seek permission in order to avoid traffic.
A drunken Srawan entered into an argument with then police leading to his arrest. A case was booked against him under the City Police Act 70 A, B, C and Section 186 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Srawan was brought into police custody wearing his finest party clothes. He was punished with simple imprisonment of ten days and a fine of Rs 650/- by the magistrate.

12-year-old girl raped at wedding venue in UP

Aligarh: A 12-year-old girl was allegedly raped inside a banquet hall in Uttar Pradesh’s Aligarh district where she had come to attend a wedding, police said.
The incident took place in Mahuakhera police circle and the alleged accused who is yet to be identified, fled after committing the crime.
The girl, later narrated her ordeal to her family. She was taken to hospital and local police have launched an investigation into the matter.
Superintendent of Police (City), Kuldeep Gunawat, said, “A case has been registered under IPC section 376 (rape) and investigation is ongoing. Cops have inspected the venue and collected some evidence. Two police teams have been formed to arrest the accused.”
Mahuakhera Station House Officer (SHO), Vijaykant Sharma, added, “We are looking for the accused and we will divulge more details of the case soon.”
According to the locals, the girl was part of the marriage procession and she had gone there with her family. When all guests were busy with the wedding rituals, the accused lured her to a room and raped her.
