Fact Check: Did SRK’s son AbRam offer Namaz in THIS viral video?

Mumbai: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is known for enjoying a secular household. He has always been vocal about secularism. SRK is a muslim by birth, but he believes in worshipping and respecting all other religions. The actor is married to Gauri, who is a Hindu, and they’ve raised their three children Aryan, Suhana and AbRam with both faiths.
In a 2005 documentary — The Inner and Outer World of Shah Rukh Khan, Khan revealed that his kids are open to all religions and that they recite Gayatri mantra and offer Namaz with equal faith and enthusiasm. And because of his secular ways of life, fans love him a lot more.
Last year, a video of a child offering Namaz went viral and SRK fans claimed that it is King Khan’s little one. The video was widely circulated and again this year, the same clip was shared by one of the actor’s fan pages on Instagram.
In the video an adorable small child is seen offering Namaz. He can be seen chanting Surah Al-Fateh and Surah Al-Ahad. The fan page under the name of srkbeedcfc claimed that it is SRK’s son AbRam offering Namaz in the video.
Netizens seem divided after watching the video as a few claim that it is the son of SRK while others are of the opinion that the video features actor Ajaz Khan’s son Alexander Khan. After doing a lot of research to know the truth behind the video, we have finally found that it is Alexander Khan who is offering the Namaaz in the video. The video features the son of Bigg Boss fame Ajaz Khan and the actor has earlier last year also confirmed it via tweet.
To clear the air that it is not AbRam but Alexander Khan offer Namaaz in the viral video, Ajaz Khan wrote, ”Abram is a very cute child n we all love him a lot..but the child in the video offering namaz is NOT Abram but my son Adan..m sure Abram looks equally cute while praying..Adan is a big fan of @iamsrk and is blushing at the moment.”

Video: Controversy in Noida society over Namaz, police deployed

Noida: Police were deployed at a group housing society near Noida on Tuesday after a controversy erupted between Hindus and Muslims over “some outsiders” reciting Namaz there, officials said.
The row erupted on Monday evening around 8.30 pm at the Supertech Ecovillage 2 society, under Bisrakh police station limits, after around 30-40 Muslim residents of the society were offering prayers in a vacant room on the third floor above the commercial market of the society, they said.
Majority community at a housing society in Noida objects to Muslims offering Namaz in building’s basement. Police later took down the tent erected for Namaz.

“On being informed about some controversy in the society, officials of the local Bisrakh police station went to the spot and the Hindu community said we have no objection to all the people of our society offering Namaz but we have an objection to the fact that 6-7 people from other societies are coming to offer Namaz,” the police said in a statement.
“On this objection, the Muslim community itself decided that Namaz will not be offered at that place. Both sides agree on this. Peace and order is maintained on the spot,” the police added.
Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central Noida) Rajeev Dixit said additional force was deployed at the site as a precautionary measure in view of the episode.
“There is no law and order situation. The matter has been resolved. The deployment of police is part of precautionary measures,” Dixit told PTI.

Video: Toddler crushed to death by GHMC garbage truck in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a toddler lost his life in Malkajgiri, Telangana after being crushed by a GHMC garbage truck. This incident took place when the 18-month-old boy was playing on a road in a locality.
The heartbreaking incident which occurred in RTC Colony at Moula Ali, Malkajgiri was captured on CCTV and has since gone viral on social media.
In the footage, GHMC’s garbage-collecting auto trolley driver can be seen reversing the vehicle over the toddler, who was completely unaware of the danger. The auto driver apparently did not see the child and continued reversing, running over the toddler.
Later, the driver got out of the vehicle, only to find the child lying motionless on the ground.
Though, the toddler was immediately rushed to a hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after due to severe injuries sustained in the accident.
Following a complaint, the police have registered a case and begun an investigation into the incident. The auto-rickshaw driver has been taken into custody for questioning.

Video: At least 20 Umrah pilgrims killed, 29 injured in Saudi Arabia bus crash

Riyadh: At least 20 Umrah pilgrims were killed and 29 injured after a bus crashed southwest of Saudi Arabia on Monday, Dubai-based Gulf News reported.
The bus hit a bridge, tipped over, and caught fire.
The accident, which occurred due to a brake failure, took place on the road joining Asir province and the city of Abha, Gulf News reported.
The victims were on their way to Makkah to conduct Umrah.

Video: Fire accident near Kamineni Hospital in Hyderabad claims one life

Hyderabad: A fire accident that occurred near Kamineni hospital in the King Koti area that falls under Abids Police Station limits has claimed the life of a security guard, Santosh. He was burnt alive after the car in which he was sleeping was gutted in flames.
According to reports, the fire has trapped seven cars, out of which three were completely gutted in flames. As the fire spread rapidly across the vehicles, the security guard was trapped inside his car and was charred to death.
Alerted by the Kamineni Hospital staff, the police acted swiftly and fire fighters brought the fire under control. However, it was too late to save the life of the security guard who was sleeping in his car at the time of the accident.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident and suspect that a mosquito coil or a cigarette may have caused the fire accident. The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.

Video: Glider plane crashes into house in Jharkhand shortly after takeoff

In a shocking incident, a private joyride glider plane crashed into a house in Jharkhand shortly after takeoff, leaving two people seriously injured. The incident occurred when the glider plane took off from Barwadda airstrip and was flying above Dhanbad city before crashing into a home located just 500 meters away from the airstrip.
According to reports, the glider plane crashed due to a technical glitch and fell on the property of Nilesh Kumar, near Birsa Munda Park. The entire incident was captured on an onboard camera. Fortunately, no one from the building was injured in the crash, but two children who were playing nearby had a narrow escape.

The glider plane had two people on board, a pilot and a 14-year-old passenger named Kush Singh. Unfortunately, both of them received serious injuries in the crash. They were immediately rushed to Asarfi Hospital. However, their condition is currently critical.
In the accident, the cockpit of the plane was damaged after it smashed into a concrete pillar of the house. The incident has raised serious concerns about the safety of private joyride planes.
In the aftermath of the incident, the local authorities launched an investigation to determine the cause of the crash.

Hyderabad: Worshippers in Hyderabad welcomed the holy month of Ramzan by offering the first Taraweeh prayers on Thursday night. The historic Makkah Masjid in Hyderabad was beautifully illuminated, and a huge number of worshippers were seen offering prayers. Taraweeh prayers were conducted under the imamath of Maulana Rizwan Qureshi.
Apart from Makkah Masjid, Taraweeh was also offered at various other mosques in Hyderabad.

Ramzan is a significant month in the Islamic calendar, and Muslims worldwide observe it with great devotion. During the holy month, Muslims fast daily from dawn to dusk and offer prayers, including Taraweeh.
The Islamic month of Ramzan lasts for 29 or 30 days, depending on the sighting of the crescent moon. As per astronomical calculations, this year, the holy month will last for 29 days. However, it can only be confirmed after the sighting of the crescent moon.

Video: Saudi woman makes history by skydiving from 15K feet with national flag

Riyadh: Razan Al-Ajami, the first Saudi Arabian woman to receive a skydiving license, has now become the first woman to skydive from 15,000 feet carrying Kingdom’s flag.
Razan Al-Ajami, posted a video clip on Instagram, where she is seen walking confidently toward the plane, wearing a white T-shirt with an outline of the map of Saudi Arabia on the front and the flag on her sleeve.
After the jump, she raises the flag as she sinks to the ground.
“Achieving my dream to jump with country flag is starting now,” Razan Al Ajami said in the caption of the Instagram video.

Al-Ajami encourages and invites more Saudi women to try this sport, and super fly at Boulevard World is a great opportunity to do so.
Al-Ajami’s ultimate dream is to represent Saudi Arabia while competing in the World Skydiving Championships. She wants to leave a mark and make Saudi Arabia a global hub for this sport.
She received her training and skydiving license in Dubai, where the sport is practiced more than in the Kingdom.
She now plans to establish a first skydiving club in the Kingdom to increase the number of practitioners of this sport.
