J&K Govt Orders Transfer And Postings Of Principals – Kashmir News

Srinagar, Apr 03: The Higher Education Department on Monday ordered transfers and postings of 4 principals of Government Degree Colleges besides placing additional charge of Nodal Principal Kashmir.
As per the order by Commissioner Secretary Higher education J-K that Khurshid Ahmad Khan, principal, Sri Pratap Singh College has been transferred and posted as Principal, Islamia College of Science and Commerce.
Sheikh Aijaz Bashir, Principal, Islamia College of Science and Commerce has been posted as Principal Amar Singh College Srinagar.
Ghulam Jeelani Qureshi, Principal, GDC Hyderpora has been posted as principal, Sri Pratap Singh College.
Manzoor Ahmad Lone, Principal, GDC Kulgam has been posted as principal of GDC Hyderpora Srinagar.
In a separate order, the higher education department has given additional charge of Nodal Principal Kashmir to Principal, Amar Singh College Srinagar, till further orders. (KDC)

Srinagar, Mar 31: The government on Friday ordered transfer of four JKAS officers in the interest of administration with immediate effect.
According to a government order, Anshumali Sharma, JKAS, General Manager, J&K Medical Supplies Corporation, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Reasi, against an available vacancy.
Irfan Bahadur, JKAS, Secretary, Lake Conservation and Management Authority (LCMA), Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Kupwara, against an available vacancy, the order, a copy of which lies with GNs, reads.
Afroza Bano, JKAS, Sub-Registrar, Ganderbal, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Budgam, relieving, Muzamil Maqbool Beigh, JKAS, Collector, Land Acquisition, Special Army (Budgam and Srinagar) of the additional charge of the post, it said.
Mohammad Altaf Bhat, JKAS, Tehsildar, Kangan, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Ganderbal. “He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Sub-Registrar, Ganderbal, till further orders,” the order added. (GNS)

AC approves land transfer for different public purposes

Jammu, Mar 13 (GNS): The Administrative Council (AC) which met here under the chairmanship of the Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha, approved the proposals of different departments for transfer of land for various publicpurposes.
Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor, Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta, Chief Secretary, J&Kand Principal Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor Dr Mandeep Kumar Bhandari attended the meeting.
The Administrative Council transferred land in favour of Power Development Department for augmentation of power supply in different areas. The AC transferred 42 Kanal 15 Marla situated at village Pohrupeth, Tehsil Langate, District Kupwarafor construction of 315 MVA, 220/132 KV GIS Grid Sub-station, land measuring 02 Kanal situated at village Noorpora, Tehsil Awantipora, District Pulwamafor construction of new 33/11 KV Substation in district Pulwama and land measuring 01 Kanal 10 Marlasituated at village Odina, Tehsil Sumbal, District Bandiporafor construction of 3.15 MVA, 33/11 KV receiving station for providing electricity to the transit accommodation for PM Package employees.
Moreover the AC also decided to transfer land measuring 80 Kanal 04 Marla (20 Kanal at District Srinagar and land measuring 60 Kanal 04 Marla at village Ranbirpora, District Anantnag) in favour of Department of Disaster Management Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction (DMRRR) for construction of transit accommodations in district Srinagar and Anantnag for Kashmiri Migrant Government employees appointed under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Package.(GNS)
