Stalin likely to reshuffle TN cabinet soon

Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin is aiming for an imminent cabinet reshuffle in the state, sources said on Sunday.
The cabinet meeting of May 2 will be crucial and sources in the DMK told IANS that the Chief Minister was not happy with some ministers whose performance was below par. The shuffle is likely to take place after the cabinet meeting.
Sources told IANS that there would be a major revamp in the bureaucracy also as the Chief Secretary V. Irai Anbu and the Director General of Police, C. Sylendrababu are to retire soon.

The secretaries to the government will also be reshuffled during the cabinet reshuffle, according to DMK insiders.
The Chief Minister has recently in a meeting told the party ministers, that there won’t be any leniency on anyone who does not perform and that the motto of the government was to work hard and do good work for the people.
Stalin, according to DMK sources, was reportedly unhappy at the performance of some of the senior ministers and in the ensuing cabinet reshuffle several heads will roll.
The party leader is also worried at the recent controversies against the government and the allegations raised by the BJP state president, K. Annamalai.
Stalin, according to DMK sources, was worried that if the party minister’s don’t put in their best performance, there would be resentment in the public.

The reshuffle, according to party insiders, was planned after a recent meeting the Chief Minister had with the district secretaries of the DMK who had reported the feelings of the public from the grassroots level.

HC Orders Transfer Of 76 Judicial Officers

SRINAGAR: In a major reshuffle, the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh on Wednesday ordered transfers and posting of 76 judicial officers across the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
An order to this effect was issued by the Registrar General of High Court, Shahzad Azeem.
As per the order, 32 district judges, 27 civil judges (senior division)/ sub-judges and 17 civil Judges (junior division)/ munsiffs have been transferred and given posting at new places.
Aside from the above, 9 judicial officers were given additional charge of vacant courts/ fast track court/ District Legal Services Authorities.
The High Court order further said that the transferee Judges should ensure that all matters pending for judgment/part heard, are completed and judgments/orders are pronounced in such matters before moving to their new posting.
It also stated that the officers sent on deputation shall report to the Registrar Judicial, High Court of J&K, Srinagar/Jammu till their deputation orders are received from the government.

SRINAGAR: The government on Monday ordered transfer of 13 JKAS officers in the interest of administration with immediate effect.
According to a government order, Rakesh Sharma, JKAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Hiranagar, holding additional charge of Sub-Registrar, Hiranagar, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, District Employment & Counselling Centre, Jammu.
Abhishake Abrol, JKAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jammu (South), has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, School Education Department.
Vinay Kumar, JKAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Vijaypur, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Nazool), Jammu, vice Jasmeet Singh, JKAS, who has been asked to await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
Manisha Koul, JKAS, Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Hiranagar. “She shall also hold the charge of the post of Sub-Registrar, Hiranagar, in addition to her own duties, till further orders,” reads the order.
Shabir Ahmad Wani, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Kupwara, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bandipore.
Parvaiz Rahim, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bandipore, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Kupwara.
Hilal Ahmad Bhat, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the Mining Department, Srinagar, has been posted as Personnel Officer in the Directorate of School Education, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.

Atul Dutt Sharma, JKAS, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Kishtwar, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jammu (South).
Abdul Gaffar Bhat, JKAS, Tehsildar, Shahabad Bala, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Anantnag, against an available vacancy.
Meanwhile, as per separate order, Trikansh Bhushan, Junior Scale JKAS, Deputy Registrar (Hqr) in the office of Additional Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Finance Department.
Sadia Ahmed, Junior Scale JKAS, Administrative Officer, J&K Services Selection Board, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Functional Manager, DIC, Srinagar.
Pankaj Kumar, Junior Scale JKAS, Functional Manager, DIC, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Administrative Officer, J&K Services Selection Board, Jammu and Aflaq Ahmed, Junior Scale JKAS, District Information Officer, Anantnag, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department. Govt Orders Reshuffle In Administration; Vijay Kumar Bidhuri Is New Div Com Kashmir

SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Friday ordered transfers and postings in the administration.

According to Government Order No.207-JK(GAD) of 2023, issued by the General Administration Department (GAD, Dheeraj Gupta, IAS (AGMUT:1993), Principal Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, holding additional charge of smart Cities and proposed new Jammu/Srinagar Metropolitan Regional Development, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.

H Rajesh Prasad, IAS (AGMUT: 1995), Principal Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, shall hold the charge of the post of Principal Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Sanjeev Verma, IAS (AGMUT:2001), Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, is transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.

Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, IAS (AGMUT:2005) Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, holding additional charge of Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi, is transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir.

Sarmad Hafeez, IAS (AGMUT:2009), Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department, on full time basis.

Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, IAS (AGMUT:2012), Special Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, holding additional charge of CEO, ERA & Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission, J&K, is transferred and posted as Administrative Secretary, Culture Department, relieving Zubair Ahmad, JKAS, of the additional charge of the post.

He shall hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Economic Reconstruction Agency, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Dr Piyush Singla, IAS (AGMUT:2012), Administrative Secretary, General Administration Department, is transferred and posted as Administrative Secretary, Revenue Department.

Rakesh Minhas, IAS (AGMUT:2016), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Managing Director, SIDCO.

He shall also hold the charge of the post of Managing Director, SICOP, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Raman Kumar Kesar, JKAS, Managing Director, SIDCO, holding additional charge of Managing Director, SICOP, is transferred and posted as Secretary in the Power Development Department.

Deepika Kumari Sharma, JKAS, Chief Operating Officer, Himayat, holding additional charge of Executive Director, Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society, is transferred and posted as Secretary in the Jal Shakti Department.

She shall also hold the charge of the post of Executive Director, Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society, in addition to her own duties, till further orders.

Dr Ghulam Nabi Itoo, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Jal Shakti Department, is transferred and posted as Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission.

Shabir Hussain Bhat, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, is transferred and posted as Director, Rural Development, Kashmir.

Imam Din, JKAS, Director, Rural Development, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Horticulture, Produce, Marketing and Processing Corporation.

Rajneesh Gupta, JKAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Jal Shakti Department, is transferred and posted as Chief Operating Officer, Himayat.

Shafat Sultan, Managing Director, J&K Horticulture, Produce, Marketing and Processing Corporation, is transferred and shall await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department for further posting.

Amit Vermani, JKAS, Member, J&K Services Selection Board, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.

According to another Government Order No.199-JK(GAD) of 2023 Renu Munshi, Private Secretary, is transferred from J&K Public Service Commission and posted in the Office of Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, J&K.

Syed Anjum Afroz, Section Officer under orders of transfer to J&K Grievance Cell is posted in the Office of Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, J&K.

Ajay Bharti, Senior Stenographer, is transferred from the Information Department and posted in the Information Technology Department.

Manu Pandey, Junior Stenographer, is transferred from Information Technology Department and posted in the Information Department.

Sarvesh, Junior Assistant, is transferred from Information Technology Department and posted in the Home Department.

All the officers/officials shall be deemed to have been relieved.

Telangana: IPS officers transferred in second recent reshuffle

Hyderabad: In a second recent reshuffle, the Government of Telangana issued transfer and posting orders for IPS and Non-Cadre officers here on Tuesday. Seven police officers have been posted and transferred to various districts in the state.

According to a release by Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari, the following are the transfers and postings.

S Ranga Reddy, IPS (2009), who is waiting for a posting, is posted as the Superintendent of Police (PCS&S).

Yogesh Goutam, IPS (2018), Assistant Superintendent of Police, Greyhounds is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police (Admin), Cyberabad.

R Venkateswarlu, Superintendent of Police (NC), who is waiting for posting, is posted as Superintendent of Police (CID), Telangana, Hyderabad.

J Raghavendar Reddy, Superintendent of Police (NC), who is waiting for posting is posted as Superintendent of Police (Admn), Railways.

I Pooja, Superintendent of Police (NC) is retained as Principal, PTC, Warangal. She was earlier posted as Deputy Director of Telangana State Police Academy. The order is now canceled.

C Satish, Superintendent of Police (NC), who is waiting for posting is posted as Superintendent of Police (Legal) O/o DGP, Telangana, Hyderabad. He was earlier posted as the principal of the Police Training Center in Warangal. The order is now canceled.

D Muralidhar, Superintendent of Police (NC), who is waiting for posting is posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crimes, Warangal He was earlier posted as Superintendent of Police (Legal) O/o DGP, Telangana. The order is now canceled.
