EPFO Recruitment 2023 Apply Online For 2859 SSA & Stenographer Posts, 12th Pass Eligible – Check Details – Kashmir News

Employees Provident Fund Organisation, EPFO has invited applications from candidates for SSA and Stenographer posts. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official site of EPFO at epfindia.gov.in from March 27 onwards. This recruitment drive will fill up 2859 posts in the organisation.

The last date to apply for the vacancies is April 26, 2023. The duration for correction in the particulars of an application form (online only) is April 27 to 28, 2023.

Vacancy Details:
- Social Security Assistant (Group C): 2674 posts
- Stenographer (Group C): 185 posts
Educational Qualification:
Stenographer (Group C): The candidate must be a 12th class pass from a recognized Board as on the closing date of the online application. The candidates who are shortlisted in the Phase-I Examination will be required to appear in the Skill Test for Stenography.
Social Security Assistant: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university as on August 26, 2023. A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.

Age Limit:
Applicants for both positions must be within the age range of 18 to 27 years.
Selection Process:
The selection process for both positions involves two phases of examination: Phase I and Phase II.
The Phase I exam for Social Security Assistant (SSA) will consist of 600 marks worth of questions and a time limit of 2 hours and 30 minutes. On the other hand, Phase II for SSA will be a computer-based data entry test.

For the Stenographer position, the Phase I exam will comprise of 800 marks worth of questions and a duration of 2 hours and 10 minutes. The Phase II exam will be a stenography test.

Application Fees:
The application fee for both positions is ₹700/- for General/EWS/OBC candidates. However, SC/ST* PwBD/Female Candidates/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying the application fee.

- Step 4: You will be directed to a new page where you need to fill in your details to complete the registration process.
- Step 5: Once you receive your registration number and password, log in to the website to begin filling out the complete application form.
- Step 6: Enter your personal, academic, and communication details accurately and completely.
- Step 7: Upload your photograph, signature, and left hand thumb impression.
- Step 8: Check all the information entered in the application form for accuracy before proceeding to payment.
- Step 9: After verifying the information, pay the required application fee.
- Step 10: Your application form for EPFO SSA 2023 will be provisionally accepted. Download and take print out of the application form for future reference.

SRINAGAR: Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) Limited is hiring for 26 posts and has over 200 vacancies. There are a few reservations for some special categories too. Applicants can apply online before April 15, 2023.
Candidates have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 1000, however candidates belonging to categories, ex-servicemen and internal candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
The posts in which vacancies are open include General Manager (Engineering), Manager (Engineering), Deputy Manager (Engineering), Assistant Manager (Engineering), Officer (Engineering), Dy. General Manager (F&A), Manager (F&A), Officer (F&A), Assistant Manager (HR), Manager (IT), Deputy Manager (IT), Assistant Manager (IT), Officer (IT), General Manager (CC), Deputy Manager (CC), Assistant Manager (CC), Officer (CC), Chief Manager (CS), Officer (CS), Manager (Law), Officer (Law), Officer (CSR), Assistant Officer (Administration & Liaison), Assistant Officer (Secretarial), Officer (Rajbhasha), and Assistant Officer (Rajbhasha).
The documents that are required to attach with the online application are Proof of Date of Birth (Tenth Class Certificate/ Birth Certificate), Caste certificate/ relevant document for claiming Reservation/ Relaxation/Concessions issued by the Prescribed Authority as per GoI guidelines (in case of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/ Ex-servicemen/EWS etc.), Disability Certificate – issued by the Prescribed Authority as per GoI guidelines clearly indicating type of disability, percent of disability, Documents related to Essential Qualification (Pass certificate & Mark sheets showing class/ division/ CGPA/ percentage, mode, duration along with specialization). If Class/ Division and percentage are not indicated in the Certificate or Mark sheet, the applicant shall submit the conversion formula for deriving CGPA to percentage equivalence from the concerned University/Institution, failing which the application is liable to be rejected and Documents related to Other Qualifications (Pass Certificate and Mark sheets). Documents related to relevant experience are also required to submit. These include Appointment order/ joining order, Experience Certificate: Proof of experience indicating post held, period of service, pay scale/ emoluments & area of experience (In respect of PSU/ Govt. employees indicating revised as well as pre-revised pay scales with period details), Latest Pay Slip, Pay Certificate from concerned organization (Govt. / Public/ Private sector) in support of experience in relevant pay scale/ emoluments. Documentary evidence for annual CTC such as Form 16, pay slips for last 12 months, certificate from employer etc. (in case of candidates from private sector), Last Promotion order, if applicable, Relieving order (in case of experience with more than one organization), Orders of the company where the applicant is working presently clearly indicating executive grades & pay structure of the organization and position of the applicant in the hierarchy for relevant experience, Documentary proof in support of Annual Turnover (Audited Balance Sheet) and listing status (on stock exchange) in case of candidates working in private sector, and Specific evidence showing relevant experience in the form of office orders/ office memorandums/ transfer orders/ work allocation orders/ experience certificate.
