Hyderabad: Actor Vijay Deverakonda’s next which is tentatively titled ‘VD12’ has officially been launched on Wednesday with a pooja ceremony.
The action thriller film witl be directed by the ‘Jersey’ maker Gowtam Naidu Tinnanuri and also stars Sreeleela, who is known for her work in films such as ‘Kiss’, ‘Pelli SandaD’ and ‘Dhamaka’.
The official Twitter handle of Sithara Entertainments shared a slew of pictures featuring Vijay, Sreeleela, Gowtam and many more. A picture of the film’s clapboard was shared as well.

Mumbai: The new promotional video of the upcoming Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer film ‘Dream Girl 2’ leaves viewers grinning. In the recently released video, Ayushmann Khurrana’s character Pooja can be seen talking to Bollywood superstar Bhaijaan ahead of Eid as the latter’s voice on the other side of the phone rings familiar.
The tongue-in-cheek conversation between Bhaijaan and Pooja has both of them in the middle of a nice romantic conversation as Bhaijaan is eager to catch a glimpse of Pooja’s face and asks her to reveal herself. As Pooja tries to switch on the video call with Bhaijaan, the lights go off leaving Bhaijaan and fans on a cliffhanger.
This is the third promotional video featuring Pooja, the previous videos featured Pathan and Rockstar. The film, which is a sequel to Khurrana’s 2019 hit ‘Dream Girl’, promises to be a rib-tickling and entertaining film with palpable chemistry between Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday.

Mumbai: Actress Pooja Hegde plays a Telugu girl in the upcoming theatrical film ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’. The actress shared that having worked in South Indian film industries for over a decade trained to make improvisations in her dialogues while filming the Salman Khan-starrer.
The actress told IANS: “Years of working in the South Indian film industries have made me proficient with regard to improvising the lines of my character instantaneously on sets if the character speaks any of the south Indian languages like for this part in ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’.”
Having equal proficiency across languages hugely helps an actor to get the essence of a character coming from a particular background.
“I could easily mouth the dialogues in Telugu or improvise my lines because I have been working in that medium for quite some time now and have a decent understanding of that world and the culture,” the actress concluded.
‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ is set to arrive in cinemas on April 21 on the occasion of Eid.

Mumbai: Pooja Hegde, who was last seen in Ranveer Singh’s theatrical dud ‘Cirkus’, is set to share the big screen with Salman Khan in ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’.
The actress will play the romantic interest of Salman’s character and her character serves as a pivot to the film’s story as all the action and drama unfolds when fellow southern star Jagapathi Babu’s villain goes in hot pursuit of her brother, played by Daggubati Venkatesh, the Telugu star who’s garnering eyeballs with the streaming show ‘Rana Naidu’, and Bhumika Chawla.

Mumbai: After ‘Naiyo Lagda’, Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde are back with a new song from their upcoming family entertainer ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’.
Taking to Instagram, Salman treated fans to the teaser of the song titled ‘Billi Billi’, posting in the caption, “Song Out Tomorrow.. #BilliBilliTeaser.”
A peppy dance number song is sung by Punjabi singer Sukhbir and has been written by Kumaar.
In the video, Salman looks dapper in a black-white suit while grooving with Pooja Hegde, clad in an elegant red costume.
Soon after the actor shared the video, fans flooded the comment section with red heart and fire emoticons. One of the fans commented, “can’t wait to full song.”
Another fan commented, “Damaal song hai bhai.”
Recently, the makers unveiled the first song of the film ‘Naiyo Lagda’ which received massive responses from the fans.

Earlier, Salman shared the teaser of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. He introduced his character with a powerful dialogue. As Pooja Hegde asks him, “Waise aapka naam kya hai (what is your name)?” Salman replies, “Mera koi naam nahi hai, lekin main Bhaijaan naam se jana jata hun (I don’t have any name, but people know me as Bhaijaan)” as shots of him fighting goons play in the background.
The film is set to hit the theatres this Eid.
Salman also has ‘Tiger 3’ with Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in his kitty. Tiger 3 is extremely special as it will have Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo.
As per a trade source, SRK will start shooting for his role in Tiger 3 in April.
“Shah Rukh will shoot for Tiger 3 by end-April and the shoot is expected to be in Mumbai. Details of this shoot is being kept completely under wraps but expect fireworks when the two super spies meet again in Tiger 3. Salman told SRK in Pathaan that he was going on an important mission so Pathaan will meet Tiger during this mission,” the source said.
Tiger 3 will release on the occasion of Diwali 2023.
