    JKBOSE Important notification for class 10th Annual Regular 2023

    It is hereby circulated for Information of the Heads of all (Govt./Pvt) affiliated Educational Institutions functioning in the soft zone areas of Kashmir Division that they shall submit the Internal Assessment awards of their respective candidates of SSE(Class 10th), Annual, Regular, 2023 at the concerned Divisional(Secrecy-lst)/Sub/Branch Offices of JKBOSE by or before 07-03-2023. The Heads of the concerned Sub/Branch Board Offices should compile the awards as per the Centre Notices and send the same to the Office of Assistant Secretary, Secrecy-lst, K.D. by or before 10-03-2023. The Heads of the Institutions shall adhere to the following instructions for submission of the Internal Assessment Awards to prevent any Inconvenience to the stakeholder.

    01. The marks be awarded on duly prescribed format/s to be downloaded from Officials Website of JKBOSE I.e., www.jkbose.nic.in.

    02. The awards must be legible and without cutting, overwriting or use of correction fluids.

    03. The internal assessment awards must be submitted In duplicate against complete examination Roll No bearing proper signature of subject examiner and attested by the Head of the concerned Institution.

    04. The Heads of Institutions (Govt./Pvt) of Kashmir Division shall ensure to maintain Internal Assessment record of respective candidates duly signed by the teacher concerned, Examination ln-charge and HOI for future reference.

    05. The Heads of the Institutions must ensure to submit the awards within the stipulated time period and late submission shall entail penalty as admissible under Board norms.

    It is for the information of all concerned that for the Academic Session 2023-24 the admission to all the Under Graduate Programmes (FYUGP). 5 Year Law Courses etc. of the University of Jammu running at GOVT. DEGREE COLLEGES/ Private Affiliated Colleges. in the entire Jammu Province as well as in the Main Campus/Off site Campuses of the University of Jammu shall be done purely on the basis of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG-2023) to be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).

    All the desirous candidates seeking admission in any Under Graduate Course (FYUGP), for the Academic Session 2023-24, are required to appear in the CUET-UG-23. The Entrance Test will be held in COMPUTER BASED TEST (CBT) mode, as per the schedule given below.

    Provisional Selection List of candidates recommended for admission to B. Ed. Course-2022 in Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu: Second list thereof.

    Pursuant to Notification No. 009-BOPEE of 2023 dated 28.01.2023, the Board notified Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to B. Ed. Course-2022 in Government College of Education, Canal Road. Jammu. In response to the said Notification. the Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu has conveyed short fall of seats due to non joining of candidates. In order to fill up the short fall seats and the scats that have remained unfilled after the last date of joining against the above referred Notification, it is hereby notified that the list candidates shown in the Annexure-A to this Notification are Provisionally selected for admission to B. Ed. Course-2022 as per their merit in Government College of Education. Canal Road Jammu. The Annexure – A shall remain available on the official website of the Board viz. www.ikbopee.gov.in only.

    The Provisionally selected candidates arc advised to report in Govt. College of Education. Canal Road, Jammu upto 20ffi of February, 2023 (MI 04.00 p.m.) along with the following original documents/certificates: –

    (1) Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3);

    (ii) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of UT of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate);

    (iii) Category Certificate, if any:

    (iv) Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate and

    (v) Any other certificate required by the College in accordance with the rules.

    The Principal of the College shall get the following certificates verified from the Incharge admission and countersigned by him/her before allowing the candidate(s) to complete their admission formalities.

    The Principal of the Institution is advised to furnish the details of candidates, who do not complete their admission formalities as short fall on 20.h of February, 2023 (till 05.00 p.m.) to the BOPEE office, Jammu positively through e-mail [email protected]/ [email protected]

    Note :

    I. Due to non-availability of the eligible candidates in the reserved categories of ST (07), OSC (03), PSP (01), RBA (08) and CDP (03), twenty two seats has been converted into Open Merit under Section-9 (2) of J&K Reservation Act-2004 and have been filled up by the eligible Open Merit category candidates.

    2. The Principal of the Institution is advised to ensure to admit only those candidates whose documents are complete in all respects. In case of any deficiency is found during the verification of the documents/certificates including Marks Card, such candidate (s) should not be allowed admission under any circumstances. Any lapse in this regard will be the sole responsibility of the concerned Head of the Institution.

    3. The below given candidates who had been selected earlier in their respective categories vide Notification No. 009-BOPEE of 2023 dated 28.01.2023 are now hereby treated to have been selected in Open Merit.

    JKBOSE Important Notification Regarding Class 10th, 11th, 12th

    As the examination roll no’s stand allotted to the candidates appearing In SSE (10th Class), HSP-I (11thClass) and HSP-II (12th Class) Session, Annual Regular, 2023 Exams of soft zone area of JD In the respective  school portals, It Is hereby notified for the information of all the concerned Heads of institutions of Govt/Pvt. affiliated Higher Secondary Schools falling under the soft zone areas of Jammu Division that they shall submit the Internal assessment awards in duplicate of all compulsory practical subjects at their respective  Divisional/Sub/Branch Offices of JKBOSE, JD by or before 25-02-2023 as per the prescribed formats, separately for 10th /11th /12th.

    The Head of the institution shall follow the following Instructions with proper care and concern before the submission of the Internal assessment awards to prevent any inconvenience to any stakeholder in future:-

    1. The marks are to be awarded on duly prescribed formats (Separately for 10th /11th /12th) which can be downloaded from Official Website of JKBOSE i.e.
    www.jkbose.nic.in.

    2. The award must be legible and error free; cutting and overwriting and use of whitener In any case shall not be accepted.

    3. The Roll no. of ABSENT candidate/s must be reflected In the assessment, as “Absent”; no roll number shall be left. blank in any case.

    4. The Internal assessment must be submitted in duplicate under proper signature of Subject/s Examiner/s duly attested by the head of the concerned Institution.

    5. All the internal assessment awards must be routed through the concerned Sub/Branch offices; no internal assessment will be accepted through the medium
    of email and by post.

    6. The assessment awards shall mention the complete examination roll no of the candidates.

    7. All the Heads of Institutions (Govt./Private) of Jammu Division shall ensure to maintain Internal Assessment record (Candidate wise, subject wise) of their respective institutions duly signed by the teacher concerned, Examination Incharge and Principal/HOI for future consultations, if any, by BOSE authorities.

    Tentative Seniority list of Draftsman, Jal Shakti Department, Divisional Cadre, Jammu, as stood on 01-01-2023.

    Whereas, Government Order No. 133-JK(JSD) of 2020 dated. 03-06-2020, final seniority list of Draftsman (Civil) Jal Shakti Department, Divisional
    Cadre, Jammu, was notified as it stood on 01-01-2020; and

    Whereas, after issuance of said seniority list, several changes have occurred on account of fresh appointment(s), retirement(s) etc. during the year 2021-22 and names of such officials need to be included/excluded in the seniority list of Draftsman (Civil), Divisional Cadre, Jammu; and

    Now Therefore, the tentative seniority list of Draftsman (Civil), Jal Shakti Department of Divisional Cadre, Jammu as it stood on 01-01-2023 as per Annexure-“A” is hereby circulated amongst all the Draftsmen of Head of the Departments, Divisional Cadre of Jammu Division for inviting objections, if any, to the seniority position assigned to them, category status and date of birth entries recorded in the relevant columns in the seniority list, within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this notice. After expiry of the said period no objection in this regard shall be entertained. The date(s) of birth and category status of the officials recorded in the seniority list shall not be taken as authentic and shall be subject to further verification with the service book/matriculation certificate issued in respect of these officials by the concerned authorities.

    The seniority list shall be without prejudice to the final outcome of any writ petitions, if any, pending in the Competent Court of Law.

    QUALIFYING EXAMINATION FOR ADMISSION OF BOYS AND GIRLS STUDENTS TO THE RASHTRIYA INDIAN MILITARY COLLEGE (RIMC) DEHRADUN FOR THE TERM January 2024.

    It is for information of all the parents who are interested in the admission of their ward in RIMC Dehradun and want their children to appear in the written / viva-voce test are requested to get their prospectus-cum-application form and booklet of old question papers from the Rashtriya Indian Military College Garhi Cantt Dehradun Uttarakhand Pin- 248003 by following ways:

    a) By Sending Demand Draft : The prospectus-cum-application form and booklet of old question papers can be obtained by sending a written request with a  demand draft of Rs.  600 (Six hundred only) for General Candidates & Rs. 555 (Five hundred and Fifty Five only) for SC/ST Candidates along with Caste Certificate in favour of Commandant RIMC Dchradun payable at SBI, Dehradun Tel Bhavan Branch (Branch Code 01576) Uttarakhand. The address should be TYPED/ WRITTEN clearly in CAPITAL Letters with pin code and contact number. RIMC will NOT be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit of
    prospectus caused by illegible or incomplete address. The delay on part of postal department is not the responsibility of this institution

    b) Online Payment : The prospectus-cum-application form and booklet of old question papers can also be obtained by making online payment of Rs 600/- for General Candidates and Re 555/. for SC/ST candidates on RIMC website www.rimc.gov.in. On receipt of the payment the prospectus-cum-application form and booklet of old question will be dispatched by Speed Post only

    Application in duplicate on the prescribed form along with category certificate (if any) viz; Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates Certificate, State Domicile Certificate, photocopy of Aadhar Card (both sides), Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation/Gram Panchayat) and three passport size photographs (in addition to the two affixed on the forms) and Certificate from the Principal of the current school in original with photograph on it duly attested stating Date of birth and class in which the student is studying (in duplicate also/should reach this office viz. SCERT,J&K Jammu /Erstwhile State Institute of Education, (SIE) Education Complex Behind Directorate of School Education Jammu on or before 15th April 2023 positively. No duplicate or Photostat application form will be entertained by the SCERT, J&K Jammu/Erstwhile State institute of Education, Jammu.

    The wards of service personnel, Para Military personnel and other Central Govt. employees with transferable job may’ submit the application form in the state of domicile or the state where they are posted. However in order to verify the antecedents of such candidates (where such candidates intend taking written test) have to provide a service certificate’ along with their actual domicile certificate. However, their candidature will be considered as per the state of domicile.”

    Boys and Girls are eligible to apply for admission to RIMC Dehradun. At the time of admission to RIMC (i.e. 01 Jan.2024) the candidates should have either studying in class VII or passed class VII from any recognized school. They should not be less than 11½ years in age and should not have attained the age of 13 yrs as on 01 Jan., 2024 i.e. They should not be born earlier than 02nd Jan. 2011 and not later than 01 July 2012. The examination shall be conducted on 03 June 2023 (Saturday).
