Extension of Graduate Aptitude Test- Biotechnology (GAT-B) / Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) – 2023 Online Application Form Submission.
The submission of the Online Application Form of Graduate Aptitude Test- Biotechnology (GAT-B)/ Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET), it is hereby informed that the last date for the submission of Online Application Form has been extended from 31 March 2023 to 05 April 2023.
Corrections in the particulars in the Online Application Form shall be accepted and submission of additional fee (depending on the changes made in the form) upto 11:50 pm on 09 April 2023.

National Testing Agency Reopening of Registration window for Joint Entrance Examination (Main)
Registration for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2023 Session 2 was over on 12 March 2023. Correction window is opened till 14 March 2023 (up to 09:00 P.M.). Meanwhile, a few representations are being received from the candidates to open the registration window again for applying for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2023 Session 2 as they could not complete their registration due to various unavoidable reasons. To support the students’ community, it has been decided to re–open the registration for receiving online Application Forms for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2023 Session 2.

Last Date for receiving online Application Form: 16March 2023(Up to 10:50 P.M.)

- For General Candidates: Rs. 1100/-
- For General-EWS/ OBC-Non Creamy Layer Candidates: Rs. 550/-
- For SC/ST/ Third Gender Candidates: Rs. 275/-
- For PWD Candidates: Nil

Upper Age Limit (as on 01-07-2022)
- For JRF: Maximum 28 years
- For LS/ Assistant Professorship: No upper age limit
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Qualification
- Candidates should have possess M.Sc. or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/ BS-4 years/ BE/ B. Tech/B. Pharma/ MBBS with at least 55% marks for General (UR)/ General-EWS and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ ST, Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates.
- B.Sc. (Hons.) or equivalent degree holders or students enrolled in Integrated MS-PhD program with at least 55% (without rounding off) marks for General (UR)/General-EWS; 50% (without rounding off) marks for OBC (NCL)/SC/ST, Third gender, Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates.
- B.E./ B.S./ B.Tech./ B.Pharma/ MBBS final year/result awaited candidates areeligibleto apply for fellowship only. These candidates will not be eligibleforLectureship/Assistant professor. B.Sc. (Hons.) final year/Result awaited candidates are not eligible to apply.

Inviting Online Applications for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2023 Session 2 – Reg. In continuation of the Public Notice dated: 15 December 2022, the National Testing Agency is now inviting online Application Forms for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2023 Session 2.
Dates of Examination : 06,08,10, 11, and 12 April 2023(Reserve dates–13, 15April 2023)
Submission of Application Forms Online : 15 February to 12 March 2023 (up to 09:00 P.M.)
Last Date for Payment of Application Fee Online : 12 March 2023(up to 11:50 P.M.)
Paper, Medium of the Examination, State code of Eligibility, uploading of Address proof (Present and Permanent),
Cities for Session 2 and pay the Examination Fees.
The candidates are not allowed to fill more than one Application Form. Any candidate with more than one Application Number will be treated as UFM (Unfair Means), even if found at a later stage, and strict action will be taken against that Candidate.
