The Government Of Jammu And Kashmir on Saturday ordered transfers and postings of 95 Naib Tehsildars In the interest of administration, with immediate effect:

The Deputy Commissioners shall ensure that the above officials be relieved with immediate effect, with the direction to report at their new place of posting forthwith.
The Naib Tehsildars placed at the disposal of Deputy Commissioners shall further be posted by the Deputy Commissioner concerned as per functional requirement in the district.

Govt Orders Transfer And Transfer Of 20 JKAS Officers – Check Name-Wise List Here – Kashmir News

Srinagar, Mar 28 : The government has ordered transfer of 20 JKAS officers in the interest of administration with immediate effect.
According to a government order, Naresh Kumar, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department.
Shagun Sharma, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Special Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.
Sachin Dev Singh, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, holding additional charge of Registrar, District Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department.
Sajid Yehaya Naqash, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD, has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Tral. “He shall also hold the charge of the post of Sub-Registrar, Tral, in addition to his own A duties, till further orders,” reads the order, a copy of which lies with GNS.
Parvez Sajad Ganai, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD, has been posted as Joint Director, Handicrafts, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
Shabir Ahmad Raina, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Tral, holding additional charge of Sub-Registrar, Tral, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sopore.
Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Magray, JKAS, General Manage, DIC, Pulwama, has been transferred and posted as Director, Land Management, Srinagar Development Authority, against an available vacancy.

Fayaz Ahmad Fayaz, Director, JKAS, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (Development), Srinagar, holding additional charge of Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (M8&P), Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Hospitality and Protocol, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
Deepika Rana, JKAS, Chief Executive Officer, Jammu Urban Development Agency, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, against an available vacancy.
Mohammad Syed Khan, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, School Education Department.
Inderjeet Singh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chatroo, holding additional charge of Sub-Registrar, Chatroo, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar, vice Kishori Lal, who has been asked to await further orders of adjustment in GAD.
Waseem Raja, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bandipore, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department.
Garbi Rashid, JKAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department.
Joginder Singh Jasrotia, JKAS, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Samba, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur.
Umar Shafi Pandit, JKAS, Deputy Director, J8&K IMPA&RD, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bandipore.
Rajeev Kumar Khajuria, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the GAD, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri.
Ramkesh Sharma, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ghagwal, holding additional charge of Sub-Registrar, Ghagwal, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Hospitality and Protocol Department.
Waseem Raja, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner in the State Taxes Department, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Youth Services and Sports, Kashmir.
Alyaz Ahmad Naisroo, JKAS, Deputy Director, Tourism, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Sonamarg, vice Mushtaq Ahmad Rather JKAS, who has been asked to await further orders of adjustment in GAD.
Ajay Bharti, JKAS, Deputy Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Estates, Jammu, vice Girdhari Lal, JKAS, who has been asked to await further orders of adjustment in GAD.

Jammu & Kashmir: Final Seniority List Of 1090 Masters/Teachers- Download PDF Below
Whereas, final seniority list of PG Masters/Teachers in the
discipline of History as on 01.07.2020 was issued vide Government Order No. 221-Edu of 2020 dated 15.09.2020; and
Whereas, a tentative seniority list was issued in the discipline
vide notice dated 17.10.2022, for inviting objections from members of the
cadre who either is/are not included in the list or is/are aggrieved with the
position assigned to them in the tentative seniority list; and; and

Whereas, after notifying the said seniority list, Directorates of
School Education Jammu/Kashmir have forwarded the service particulars of
some more PG Masters/Teachers in the said discipline for correction/inclusion of their names in the seniority list, and
Whereas, the matter has been examined and all the necessary
inclusions/corrections/deletions have been made on the subject and a
consolidated final seniority list has been prepared forming Annexure-A to this order; and

Whereas, the inclusion of officials who have acquired their PG
Degree during service period is provisional and subject to grant of permission leave at the relevant point of time by the Competent Authority; and
Whereas, those officials who have obtained their degrees
through distance mode are included in the final seniority list on provisional
basis subject to the fulfillment of conditions as laid down in Government Order No. 252-HE of 2012, dated 30.05.2012 and departmental specific mechanism notified by the School Education Department vide Government Order No. 940- Edu of 2017, dated 17.11.2017; and

Now, therefore, in terms of Rule-24 of J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, the final seniority list in respect of PG Masters/Teachers in the discipline of History, as per Annexure A to this order, is hereby issued, subject to the conditions that:
- The date of birth of the incumbents recorded in the seniority list is
  subject to further verification from service records, also with reference
- To the original matriculation certificates of all the concerned, and
  The seniority list so issued will be subject to outcome of writ petition(s)
  pending, if any, before any Hon’ble Court of Law.

Further, if any member of the service is aggrieved with the position assigned to him/her in the final seniority list, he/she can file a review petition within 07 days from the date of issuance of this final seniority list along with supporting documents, through concerned Directorates which will be decided on case to case basis. No petition shall be entertained after the expiry of stipulated time period.

Jal Shakti Department Releases Seniority List Of Draftsman – Download Name-Wise List – Kashmir News

Seniority list of Draftsman, Jal Shakti Department, Divisional Cadre, Jammu, as stood on 01-01-2023.
Whereas, Government Order No. 133-JK(JSD) of 2020 dated. 03-06-2020, final seniority list of Draftsman (Civil) Jal Shakti Department, Divisional Cadre, Jammu, was notified as it stood on 01-01-2020; and
Whereas, after issuance of said seniority list, several changes have occurred on account of fresh appointment(s), retirement(s) etc. during the year 2021-22 and names of such officials need to be included/excluded in the seniority list of Draftsman (Civil), Divisional Cadre, Jammu; and
Now Therefore, the tentative seniority list of Draftsman (Civil), Jal Shakti Department of Divisional Cadre, Jammu as it stood on 01-01-2023 as per Annexure-“A” is hereby circulated amongst all the Draftsmen of Head of the Departments, Divisional Cadre of Jammu Division for inviting objections, if any, to the seniority position assigned to them, category status and date of birth entries recorded in the relevant columns in the seniority list, within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this notice.
After expiry of the said period no objection in this regard shall be entertained.
The date(s) of birth and category status of the officials recorded in the seniority list shall not be taken as authentic and shall be subject to further verification with the service book/ matriculation certificate issued in respect of these officials by the concerned authorities.
The seniority list shall be without prejudice to the final outcome of any writ petitions, if any, pending in the Competent Court of Law.

Directorate Of School Education Kashmir (DESK) has issued District-wise eligible lists of trained-graduate/post-graduate teachers were send to you for verifying their particulars with reference to their original documents/certificates and was desired to be return to this office with providing of certain documents/certificates followed by reminder dated 18-03-2022 and 05-07-2022.
The lists were returned by the respective Chief Education Officers but without providing of certain documents resulting thereby that this office could not proceed further in the matter.
I am accordingly forwarding again a complete consideration list of trained graduate/post-graduate teachers belonging to General Category for providing of requisite documents/certificates (as indicated against each in the column of “Documents /certificates required)” besides blank columns viz. Date of joining/date of passing B.Ed. and SSRB serial number” be filled up with reference to service records.
The lists be returned after doing the needful along with latest/lien free vacancy of Masters as on 31-01-2023 through a special messenger (hard/soft copy) within 03 days to this office positively.
