    EducationVeterinary Science

Hello everyone I am Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat, I am from Srinagar J&K, I am a veterinary science graduate. I graduated in July 2010 and in my first attempt I qualified Kashmir Administrative Services(KAS) with 22rd rank. My subjects were Public Administration and Veterinary Sciences. I Worked in the state service for 2 years.  I appeared in Indian Forest services (IFoS) in 2012 and in my first attempt qualified IFoS with AIR 23 and was allotted  Uttar Pradesh cadre. My Subjects were Zoology and Veterinary Science. I completed my 2 years of training in IGNFA and joined my cadre in 2015 . I was posted as DCF.

While I was qualifying other exams, the passion and zeal to work as an IAS officer remained unfulfilled. During 2011-2013, I appeared CSE three times but I could not even qualify prelims.

My weakness was Paper-2 CSAT. From 2013-15 I could not appear because of AIS IFS Section 9, which debarred IFoS trainees to appear for any exams while undergoing training in IGNFA Dehradun. This year, long wait is over.  Finally I qualified prelims and got AIR 10.

It is all about your passion and determination to move on to achieve what you want. Patience, Passion, Perseverance and hard work are key ingredients.

I am sharing my experience in bullet form, I hope it may help you. For detail analysis and books etc please contact me through mail billz0009@gmail.com. I m sharing my marks sheet with you.

Telangana to raise post-bifurcation issues in Southern Council meet

    [ad_1]

Hyderabad: Telangana will raise issues related to Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act in the Southern Zonal Council meeting to be held in Chennai on May 5.

The state government will also raise the issues of pending dues and clearances from the Centre.

Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari held a review meeting with officials on the issues to be taken up in the Inter-State Council/Southern Zonal Council.

    MS Education Academy

She discussed and reviewed various issues in connection with AP Reorganization Act and other inter-state issues relating to irrigation, education, health, energy, industries, Singareni, panchayat raj, labour & employment and other departments.

The Chief Secretary directed the officials to submit information regarding the issues to be raised in the Southern Zonal Council meeting on pending dues, clearances, Schedule IXth and Schedule Xth of AP Reorganisation Act.

As the meetings convened by the Centre failed to address post-bifurcation issues, the government of Telangana decided to raise them in the Southern Zonal meeting.

Under the Reorganisation Act, all post-bifurcation issues have to be sorted out in 10 years.

During the meeting convened by the Centre in September last year, Andhra Pradesh demanded its share in land parcels, buildings and bank reserves of common institutions located in Hyderabad in the ratio of 52:48 between AP:TS, in proportion with their population.

The institutions listed under Schedule IX (corporations etc) and X (training institutes) of the AP Reorganisation Act, 2014 are worth several thousands of crores of rupees. Telangana has opposed the demand.

Andhra Pradesh also demanded a share in Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL), evoking protest from Telangana.

Lucknow: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, who has taken upon himself the task of uniting Opposition forces against the BJP-led government at the Centre, met Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief Mamata Banerjee on Monday.

He left Patna to meet with his Bengal counterpart at her office in the State secretariat ‘Nabanna’ today.

He is also set to meet Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav at the Samajwadi Party headquarters today at 4 pm, officials said.

    MS Education Academy

The Samajwadi Party’s National General Secretary Ram Gopal Yadav and Shivpal Singh Yadav will also be present in today’s meeting.

Earlier on April 12, Nitish Kumar had met with Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge and former MP Rahul Gandhi in the national capital.

The meeting was seen as the major step to laying the groundwork for a grand Opposition alliance ahead of next year’s Lok Sabha elections.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Rahul Gandhi said it was a “historic step” towards Opposition unity and for an “ideological fight”.

Rahul Gandhi, who posted a picture of himself with Kharge and JDU and RJD leaders, said they are “standing together, will fight together for India”.

“In this battle of ideology, a historic step has been taken today towards Opposition unity. (We are) standing together, will fight together – for India!” Rahul Gandhi had said in a tweet after the meeting with the Bihar chief minister.

CM Mamata Banerjee is also leaving no stone unturned in closing in ranks with other parties ahead of the 2024 polls, as she met Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav at her residence in Kolkata last month.

Netanyahu says he will meet with DeSantis

    [ad_1]

    correction israel politics 79134

The trip, which will also include stops in Japan, South Korea and the United Kingdom, is billed as an international trade mission. It comes as the Florida governor is gearing up for a likely presidential campaign launch.

DeSantis will be abroad from April 24 to April 28, starting in Japan and wrapping up in the United Kingdom.

The visit comes amid a rise in sectarian violence, and as tensions continue to build over Netanhayu’s efforts to pass legislation that would limit the power of his nation’s judiciary. The country’s longest-serving prime minister, Netanyahu paused his attempt to push through those changes after backlash from the public and members of his own administration. Last week, he said he did not immediately plan to resume those efforts, but that has not stopped the monthslong public protests in the country.

Netanyahu said on Sunday that he believed there was still wide support for judicial reforms but disagreement over what exactly those should look like.

“Well, I think there’s a broad consensus that we have to make corrections in our judicial system,” he said. “There’s obviously a dramatic difference between the views of how, to what extent and so on. But I think they should not cloud the fact that we’re celebrating here a modern miracle, Israel’s 75th anniversary.”

The attempted judicial overhaul drew rebuke from international leaders, including President Joe Biden. Earlier this month, Biden said that he was “very concerned” about Israeli democracy, and that he hoped Netanyahu “walks away from” his plans to limit the independence and authority of the judiciary. On Sunday, Netanyahu said he didn’t think the judicial plans would impede his relationship with the U.S.

“I value the alliance with the United States. And I value the friendship I’ve had over 40 years with President Biden,” he said. “I don’t think anything will get in that way. But it’s an internal matter that we have to resolve.”

Netanyahu was a close ally of former President Donald Trump when he was in office, during which time Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and moved the U.S. Embassy there from Tel Aviv — a move seen as a slight to Palestinians living in the region.

Sufi body calls Poonch attack ‘conspiracy to defame India’ ahead of G20 meet

    [ad_1]

Jaipur: All India Sufi Sajjadanashin Council chairman Hazrat Syed Naseeruddin Chishti on Saturday condemned the Poonch terrorist attack and said the entire country is with the armed forces.

Such attacks are part of a “conspiracy to defame India” because a G20 meeting is scheduled to take place in Kashmir, he said.

Five Army personnel were killed and another was seriously injured on Thursday after their vehicle was attacked by unidentified terrorists and caught fire in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch. The soldiers were from a Rashtriya Rifles unit deployed for counter-terror operations.

    MS Education Academy

Banned outfit People’s Anti-Fascist Front (PAFF), a proxy wing of terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed, has claimed responsibility for the attack. There are reports suggesting that it was the handiwork of banned Lashker-e-Taiba group also.

“Till date, all our brave soldiers have sacrificed their lives for the protection of Kashmir and peace in Kashmir. We will not let their martyrdom go in vain, the whole country is standing with the armed forces,” Chishti said in a statement.

Today, Kashmir has started on the path of peace and development. The Muslims there are also extending their full cooperation in establishing peace, he said.

Such nefarious terrorist attacks are part of a “conspiracy to defame India” because a G20 programme is scheduled to be held in Kashmir, he added.

India is expected to host over 200 G20 meetings during its yearlong presidency of the influential group. It will host a meeting of the G20 Tourism Working Group in Srinagar in May.

Chishti also greeted people on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

Political leaders meet people from corporate sector: Raut on Pawar-Adani meeting

    [ad_1]

Mumbai: Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut on Friday played down NCP chief Sharad Pawar’s meeting with industrialist Gautam Adani, saying that political leaders do meet people from the corporate sector.

The Adani Group chairman met the Nationalist Congress Party chief a day before.

“Sharad Pawar or for that matter every big political leader meets people from the corporate sector,” Raut said in response to a question by reporters here.

    MS Education Academy

The meeting assumed some significance as earlier this month Pawar had said the Supreme Court-appointed panel will be more useful than a Joint Parliamentary Commitee for looking into US-based Hindenburg Research’s allegations against the Adani group.

The NCP chief, thus, appeared to be breaking ranks with opposition leaders who have been demanding a JPC on the Adani issue.

Later Pawar said he will not oppose the demand for a JPC.

Raut, incidentally, also met Pawar after the latter’s meeting with Adani.

“We keep meeting, and Pawar is a key leader of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (the alliance of Sena (UBT), NCP and Congress). What is surprising if we or Congress leaders meet Pawar. We had a discussion on many issues in the country and state,” the Rajya Sabha MP said.
