    The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main Session 1 Result 2023 at the official website– jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the JEE Main 2023 can now check their engineering entrance exam result. Candidates will have to use their application number and date of birth to check and download the JEE Main 2023 final result.

    The JEE Main 2023 Session 1 was conducted on January 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31 and February 1, 2023, at many exam centres across the country.

    JEE Main Result 2023: How to check

    First of all, visit the official website- jeemain.nta.nic.in.

    Then click on JEE Main result 2023 link available on the home page.

    Enter the necessary login details and click on submit.

    The JEE Main result will be displayed on the screen.

    Check the result, download and take a printout of it.

    This year, as many as  9 lakh applicants registered for the JEE Main session 1. Of which 8.6 lakh registered for paper 1 BE, BTech and 0.46 lakh for paper 2 BArch and BPlanning. Now that the JEE Main final answer key 2023 is out, the NTA is expected to delcare the JEE Main 2023 result for session 1.

    National Testing Agency (NTA) will begin the session 2 registration for JEE Main 2023 from today onwards (February 7). Interested candidates can apply for the JEE Main April Session at– jeemain.nta.nic.in.

    According to the official schedule, the JEE Main session 2 registrations will begin today, February 7, 2023. The last date for registration will be March 7, 2023, till 9 pm. JEE Main Session 2 exam will be conducted on April 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12, 2023. Session 1 was held from January 24 to February 1, 2023. The result for the same has been released on the official website.

    The JEE Main session 2 exams will be conducted in 13 languages including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.     EC’s song ‘Main Bharat Hoon’ to nudge voters for upcoming polls

    New Delhi: The Election Commission (EC) is gearing up for the nine Assembly Elections this year and the Lok Sabha polls early next year with the aim of pushing the voter percentages through innovative communication strategies.

    As one of the initiatives, the EC, in collaboration with Subhash Ghai Foundation, produced a song – ‘Main Bharat Hoon, Hum Bharat ke Matdata Hain’, featuring celebrities from different walks of life, appealing to the people to cast their vote.

    The song, which was screened in the presence of President Droupadi Murmu on the 13th National Voters Day — January 25, is already beginning to gain traction on social media through celebrities and influencers.

    Officials said that within a week since its launch, the Hindi and the multilingual format of the song had already got over 3.5 lakh views and 5.6 lakh impressions on four major social media platforms — Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.

    The song is one of such initiatives of EC’s ‘Systematic Voter’s Education and Electoral Participation’ programme, which is the flagship voter education programme focused on inclusion strategies and action plans for enhancing participation from all categories of voters under EC’s motto of ‘No Voter to be Left Behind’.

    The song is aimed not only at educating the voters regarding their rights and responsibility towards strengthening democracy, but also at enthusing them for greater participation in the electoral process.

    As per EC officials, the song was finalised after a number of interactions of the team led by Subhash Ghai with the Election Commission led by Rajiv Kumar, Chief Election Commissioner.

    The Chief Election Commissioner said: “The song is dedicated to each voter who takes cognisance of their national duty and casts vote, beating all odds.”

    The motivating lyrics of the song are written and composed by the filmmaker, Subhash Ghai, in association with Whistling Woods International School of Music, Mumbai and it is sung in Hindi and 12 regional languages including Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Assamese, Odia, Kashmiri, Santali covering the maximum geographical area.

    Vijayawada: Actor-politician Pawan Kalyan on Wednesday said that ending the “devil’s rule” in Andhra Pradesh is the main objective of his Jana Sena Party (JSP)

    After performing a special puja for his campaign vehicle ‘Varahi’ at the Kanaka Durga temple, he told mediapersons that from today onwards, “Varahi’s goal is to end the devil’s rule in the state”.

    Terming the rule of YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) as devil’s rule, he said that his foremost responsibility is to end it.

    Accompanied by Nadendla Manohar and other JSP leaders, Pawan Kalyan participated in various rituals conducted by the priests.

    Large number of JSP workers and Pawan Kalyan’s fans had gathered at the temple to welcome him.

    The JSP leader, who performed puja for the campaign vehicle at two temples in Telangana on Tuesday, said that the people of two Telugu states should live with unity and develop and prosper.

    After the puja, Pawan left for the JSP office at Mangalagiri in Varahi. A large number of people had gathered enroute to catch a glimpse of the actor.

    His supporters showered petals on him and welcomed him with huge garlands. The procession led to a long traffic snarl on the Prakasam barrage.

    He is scheduled to address party workers at the JSP office later in the day.

    Gearing up for the 2024 electoral battle in Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan had unveiled the specially designed vehicle last month which is equipped with high-security features and also has a public address system as well as CCTV cameras.

    The four-wheeler will be used by the JSP leader to campaign across Andhra Pradesh, where elections are due in April-May 2024.

    Power star, as the actor is popularly known, had planned to launch the state-wide tour after Dussehra but the same has been postponed and he is now likely to embark on a visit in next few weeks.

    Mumbai: Alia Bhatt showered praises on her husband and actor Ranbir Kapoor after the trailer launch of his upcoming movie ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’.

    Taking to Instagram, the ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ actor shared the trailer video along with a caption, “truly one of my most favourite trailers !! Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar releasing 8th March.”

    The trailer of Luv Ranjan’s upcoming romantic comedy ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ dropped on Monday, bringing in a breath of fresh air, with crackling chemistry between Ranbir and Shraddha Kapoor, stunning visuals and hilarious dialogues.

    The three-and-a-half-minute-long trailer also gave a glimpse of the fantastic music that will be in the film with the magic of Pritam, Amitabh Bhattacharya and Arijit Singh coming together.

    “Aaj kal relationship me ghusna aasaan hai, usme nikalna mushkil. Rishtey jodna aasaan hai, todna mushkil,” says Ranbir’s character in the trailer before he bumps into Shraddha Kapoor at a hotel. What ensues is a hilarious roller coaster ride.

    Shraddha took to her Instagram handle and shared the trailer with the caption, “Relationship investments are subject to love risks. Please check compatibility before investing. #TuJhoothiMainMakkaarTrailer out now!”

    Apart from the leading duo of Ranbir and Shraddha, popular stand-up Anubhav Singh Bassi is also part of the film’s cast as he is making his Bollywood debut with ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’.

    At the film’s trailer launch event in the early hours of Monday, director Luv Ranjan said, “Love is a complicated subject, but why not have some fun while we try and unravel relationships in today’s world. The world and vibe of the film has been brought alive by the super talented pair of Shraddha and Ranbir and my brilliant crew. I am hoping for audiences across all ages, young and young at heart to have a good time in the theatres while they relate to their own romance when they watch the film.”

    The film marks the first on-screen collaboration between Ranbir and Shraddha. Produced by Luv Films’ Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg, and presented by T-Series’ Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar, ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ will release in theatres on Holi i.e. March 8.
