However, a section of fans are quite unhappy as they were hoping Allu Arjun in Shah Rukh Khan‘s movie which the former rejected due to his prior commitments. Suhail’s journey as an artist began at a young age, when he discovered his passion for drawing and painting. Despite the difficulties he faced in communicating with others and expressing himself, Suhail’s talent has been shining through his art. As he grew older, Suhail began to explore other mediums and techniques, including sculpture and printmaking.
Despite his talent, Suhail has faced numerous challenges in his career as an artist. One major obstacle has been the lack of support and recognition from the art world and the general public alike. Despite his struggles, Suhail has never given up on his dreams and continues to create beautiful art.
Suhail who is doing his BA in fine arts at University of Kashmir, while talking to the Global News Service (GNS), said that, he has a finesse in painting, sketching, clay modeling, sculpture, food, art, cake decorating, henna design, ring making, wall painting, photography, videography and art works as well.
Despite all these skills, Suhail while talking about the dark side of his talent says till now he hasn’t seen any significant response from the government or any other institution. “No doubt my art is God gifted, but people don’t see me as an artist, they still see me as a disabled man”, he says adding “In Kashmir, people fail to see a person’s talent; they only see his/her weakness.”

One of the most remarkable things about Suhail is his ability to overcome the barriers that have come every now and then. His deafness and inability to speak have not held him back from pursuing his passions and achieving success. Instead, Suhail has used these challenges as motivation to work harder and improve his skills.
Suhail’s talent and determination have earned him the respect and admiration of his peers and the art community. Many people have recognized the unique perspective that Suhail brings to his art, and he has received numerous accolades for his work – albeit none from any institution or government.
Suhail’s journey as an artist is a testament to the fact that anyone can achieve his/her dreams with hard work and determination. His story serves as an inspiration to others who may be facing similar challenges and serves as a reminder that everyone has the potential to achieve greatness.
“If the government gives me assistance, it will increase my confidence to do more. Everyone here is out of his home to earn money for himself, and at the end of the day, I see myself on the same platform, with any help from the government or any institution. Even though I have this rare talent, unfortunately, I have never been recognized by the government, despite the fact that I have showcased a talent out of the world for many years,” says Suhail.
“If anybody has been here for me, it has only been my family. They helped me on every step of the way. If I hadn’t received their help, I wouldn’t have come up with anything,” says Suhail while requesting the Government for support.
Irfan Lone, a very close friend of Suhail and his current roommate at University of Kashmir hostel, says that Suhail is a very gentle and humble person. He has a very frank nature and he is a man of golden heart, and it is very cool to be a roommate of such a super talented person.
“The only thing I wish is that Suhail’s art must get a good platform. He is a superb artist, but he has never been appreciated. My request to the Government is to give him a good platform to showcase his talent,” says Irfan.
Suhail says he wishes to earn by his talent and wants people to know him by his talent, not by his disability, and for that purpose he wants some sort of help from the administration. (GNS)

Gauri Khan has this to say on ‘Pathaan’ mega success

Mumbai : As Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘Pathaan’ became the highest-grossing Hindi film in India, the superstar’s wife Gauri Khan expressed her happiness.
Sharing the box-office numbers, Gauri wrote, “Record breaking streak… #Pathaan.”
On March 3, ‘Pathaan’ broke the record of ‘Baahubali 2’ and emerged as the highest-grossing Hindi film ever.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote on Twitter, ”#Pathaan#Tamil + #Telugu [Week 6] Fri 2 lacs, Sat 5 lacs. Total: ₹ 18.33 cr [updated]. NOTE: #Pathaan#Hindi + #Tamil + #Telugu *combined* biz: ₹ 532.08 cr. #India biz. Nett BOC.”
The Hindi lifetime collection of Baahubali 2 stood at a staggering Rs 510.99 crore. With ‘Pathaan’ surprassing the collection of SS Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’ in Hindi, director Siddharth Anand expressed happiness on Twitter.
“Crossed The Lifetime Collections Of #Baahubali2 In Hindi. Proud Moment For Me…!!!Once Again Thanks To All The Audience Who Encouraged The Film #Pathaan,” he tweeted.
Released on January 25, ‘Pathaan’ also stars John Abraham, Deepika Padukone, Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana among others.
Produced by Yash Raj Films, the film is written by Shridhar Raghavan.

The film’s team recently held a success bash where SRK, Deepika and Siddharth shared their experience of coming on board for Pathaan.
“It’s nice to be back. I am not in a hurry to finish the film. Its always been my desire to spread happiness among people and make films to entertain. Whenever I fail to do so, nobody feels as bad as me. I am very happy that I was able to spread happiness and especially to those who are close to my heart – Aditya Chopra and Siddharth. And those who gave me the opportunity as you will notice the film is a very big film, it will be an expensive film,” SRK said at the event.

Farah Khan chills with Sania Mirza after her emotional farewell match

Hyderabad: Farah Khan shared a picture with her close friend and Indian tennis player Sania Mirza after bid an emotional adieu to the sport in her hometown of Hyderabad on Sunday at the venue where it all started for her as a 16-year-old.
Taking to Instagram stories, Farah treated fans with a glimpse of after-farewell party plans.
In the picture, Farah and Sania can be seen lying down on a bed in a relaxed manner while holding each other’s hands.
Sharing the picture, she wrote, “So this is what champions do after retirement.. chill in bed with their best friend #saniaevent. @mirzasaniar lov uuu.”
Farah and Sania are often seen together and keep on praising each other on social media.
Another close friend of Sania, actor Huma Qureshi also shared pictures with her from the farewell along with a sweet caption.
She wrote, “To my friend who is an inspiration to a whole generation of young girls & boys … This is the beginning of another glorious chapter my @mirzasaniar You bring your A game to every room that you walk in … I love you and admire you deeply . I first saw you live win Wimbledon in 2015 (a dream come true ) and since then our friendship has only grown. The only thing we fight over is our left profile while taking that selfie. Mirza played her two exhibition tennis matches at the Bahadur Stadium, where she made her WTA event debut back in 2003. She was playing as a wild-card entry at Hyderabad Open. A year later, she won the doubles title at the very same event with South Africa’s Liezel Huber.
It was the first title of Sania’s 44 WTA titles, out of which 43 came in doubles competition and only one in singles. She also clinched six grand slam titles and made four appearances at the summer Olympics in a decorated career that lasted for two decades.

She had earlier retired from professional tennis after Dubai Tennis Championships earlier this month.
Sania played two exhibition matches, featuring Indian tennis player Rohan Bopanna, India’s 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup winning all-rounder Yuvraj Singh and American tennis player Bethanie Mettek Sands – her ‘best friend’ and former doubles partner. She emerged victorious in both of her matches to the joy and delight of an excited home crowd.
The crowd featured plenty of youngsters and schoolchildren, who were cheering for her. The 36-year-old Sania was accompanied by her son Izhaan Mirza Malik and turned emotional on witnessing their reception.
“These are very, very happy tears. I could not have asked for a better send-off,” Sania Mirza explained.
Prominent personalities like former Indian sports minister and current Law minister Kiren Rijiju, former Indian cricket team skipper Mohammed Azharuddin, Yuvraj Singh, Bigg Boss 16 winner- rapper MC Stan, Mahesh Babu, A R Rahman, Dulquer Salmaan, Huma Qureshi, Diana Penty, also attended Sania Mirza’s farewell in Hyderabad.

Imran Khan dodges arrest after Islamabad Police show up at his residence

Lahore: A team of Islamabad police on Sunday reached Lahore residence of ousted prime minister Imran Khan to arrest him in the Toshakhana case, but returned after assurance from his legal team that he will appear before the court on March 7.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) vice chairman and former foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said there is no mention of “arrest” in the warrants as an Islamabad sessions court has asked him to appear before it on March 7 in the Toshakhana case.
The 70-year-old cricketer-turned politician, who has been recovering from a gunshot injury from an assassination attempt in Wazirabad last year, has thrice skipped indictment hearings in the case.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief has been in the crosshairs for buying gifts, including an expensive Graff wristwatch he had received as the premier at a discounted price from the state depository called Toshakhana and selling them for profit.
The court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Khan last week and adjourned the hearing till March 7 for his repeated failure to appear before the court.
Meanwhile, Lahore police have closed the main road leading to the Zaman Park residence of Khan by placing containers. Riot police and water cannons are currently present near Khan’s residence. His party fears that police may raid Khan’s house anytime. However, it said the party workers will foil any such attempt.
Punjab Inspector General of Police Dr Usman Anwar said in a statement that Punjab police would cooperate with Islamabad police to implement the court’s order regarding Khan’s case. He, however, did not say that police are going to arrest Khan.
“Punjab police will help Islamabad police in implementing the court’s order,” he said.

The Prime Minister’s special assistant on interior Attaullah Tarar told reporters that the Islamabad police went to Khan’s residence to deliver a notice to him to appear before a court in the Toshakhana case on March 7 when he will be indicted in the case.
“Today Imran Khan locked himself in a room in Zaman Park. Khan’s chief of staff Shibli Faraz said he wasn’t at home when the Islamabad police came to deliver a court’s notice. But Khan later appeared from his house addressing the party workers,” Tarar said.
A large number of PTI workers reached the Zaman Park following the news of his possible arrest. “Arrest of Imran Khan is our red line and we will not allow this,” PTI senior leader Shafqat Mahmood said.
As the Islamabad police were present outside his residence to deliver the court’s order, Khan was speaking at the gathering of those workers arrested in Jail Bharo Tehreek’ (court arrest movement) at his residence.
Khan claimed “they” wanted to kill him while on the way to his court appearance. “They have made yet another plan to kill me during a court appearance,” he alleged.
“I will write to the chief justice of Pakistan telling him that 74 false cases have been registered against me. I have a threat to my life from those who are supposed to protect me,” he said, in an indirect reference to the establishment.
“Take an example of criminals like (Prime Minister) Shehbaz Sharif and (Interior Minister) Rana Sanaullah who were involved in killing people and an attempt on his life (in Wazirabad in November last year) ” he said.
Khan also named “Dirty Harry’, a reference to a top ISI officer, for brutal torture of his party leaders and social media activists. “Dirty Harry is a psychopath. He is a sick man. There is a threat to my life from such people,” he said.
In a series of tweets, the Islamabad Police earlier said an operation to arrest Khan was being conducted with the cooperation of the Lahore police.
“Imran Khan is avoiding the arrest. The superintendent of police had gone into Imran’s room but he was not present there. Islamabad Police will transfer Imran Khan to Islamabad under their protection. Law is equal for all. Legal action will be taken against those obstructing the execution of court orders,” the Islamabad police said.
The Islamabad police said its team is still present in Lahore.
IG Islamabad Akbar Nasir said that the court has ordered police to present Khan before it by March 7 after arresting him.
“The Islamabad police team will remain in Lahore till further orders,” he said.
Meanwhile, senior PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry told reporters that Khan is filing a protective bail petition in the Lahore High Court in the attack on Islamabad judicial complex.
Khan was ousted from power in April after losing a no-confidence vote, which he alleged was part of a US-led conspiracy targeting him because of his independent foreign policy decisions on Russia, China, and Afghanistan.
Since his ouster, Khan has been clamouring for immediate elections to oust what he termed was an “imported government” led by prime minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Sharif has maintained that elections will be held later this year once the parliament completes its five-year tenure.

Saif Ali Khan to take legal action against paps for entering his home

Mumbai: One of the adorable couples of B-Town, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are always chased by paps as the fans love to watch every moment of them. The couple on Friday attended the birthday party of Malaika and Amrita Arora’s mother. After coming back from the party, Saif got angry at the paps who followed the couple to their building. Video of the same went crazy viral on social media yesterday.
It is now reported that Saif will file a case and legal action will be taken against the paps who violated the couple’s privacy.
According to the report in Bollywood Hungama, the security guard has been sacked after the incident happened and legal action will be taken against the paps for endangering the safety of the couple and their children.
During one such previous incidents, Said had shared with the newsportal, “I get that it’s their job. But they can’t stalk our home. Even the neighbours don’t like it. I hope they don’t come back.”
“We had an understanding with the photographers. They could click him at the airport and other public places. But not outside his house and school. But now they were back at our home. I needed to remind them again of what was agreed on,” Bollywood Hungama further quoted Saif Ali Khan when he was asked about the home invasion that happened the last time.
The video is doing rounds on social media in which Saif Ali Khan is seen saying paps who chased him and his wife,” “Ek kaam kariye, humaare bedroom me aa jaiye (Do one thing, follow us to our bedroom).” Saif Ali Khan usually poses for paps but this time he got irritated for a reason. As many as twenty photographers leapt over the compound wall of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s home, after thereby not only violating the couple’s privacy but also endangering the safety of their children.
After Saif got irked, we see one of the photographers who chased the couple in the video then said, “Saif sir, hum aapse pyaar karte hai (Saif sir, we love you),” to which Saif replied, “Hum bhi aapse pyaar karte hai (We too love you).”
On the professional front, Saif Ali Khan will be seen next in ‘Adipurush’ in which he will play the role of Raavan while as will next be seen in Sujoy Ghosh’s The Devotion Of Suspect X.

Sukhbir reveals how he, Salman Khan came up with ‘Billi Billi Akh’

Mumbai: Punjabi singer Sukhbir, who is known as the Prince of Bhangra and boast of chartbusters like ‘Ishq Tera Tadpave’, ‘Balle Balle’, is back with another track ‘Billi Billi Akh’ and this time, it’s for a Salman Khan film – ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’.
The song, video of which is set to release on Thursday, has an interesting story. The singer revealed that Salman came up with the idea for a wedding song and shared the same with him while the two were in Abu Dhabi.
‘Billi Billi Akh’ is an upbeat, peppy song, composed by Vicky Sandhu who’s also written Punjabi lyrics, with the perfect blend of modern flair and Punjabi beats, features Sukhbir himself along with the entire cast of the movie, Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill and Palak Tiwari.
Talking about how the song came into being, Sukhbir said, “I met Salman Khan in Abu Dhabi where he had requested a wedding/celebration song for his upcoming movie and that’s when I sent him a couple of options. He loved all of them but especially fell in love with ‘Billi Billi Akh’ which was a Punjabi song and lyrics and that’s how we started working on this Hindi version which was written by lyricist Kumaar and the music has been produced by DJ Dips and Supernova.”
Sukhbir has been in the industry for over two decades now and commands a colossal fan following, his ‘Ishq Tera Tadpave’ song still rules the dance floors during wedding celebrations.
Talking about his experience during the shoot with Salman Khan, the singer added, “My experience has been nothing short of simply amazing. I did not expect Salman Khan to be so hands-on when it came to every detail, he would call me to discuss lyrics and the musical bits, ask me to edit certain parts so that they make sense to the visuals of the song, and the best part was shooting of the video which was done in Mumbai”.
“He made sure everyone was looked after and I particularly enjoyed meal times with him as it gave us an opportunity to have one on one sessions to discuss the movie amidst many jokes”, he added.

Delhi court discharges AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan in rioting case

New Delhi: A Delhi court on Wednesday discharged AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan in a case of alleged rioting and stone pelting on police personnel in May 2022 while opposing a demolition drive being carried out by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation.
Special Judge Vikas Dhull passed the directions on an appeal filed by Khan against a magisterial court’s order.
The metropolitan magisterial court had directed framing of charges against Khan and others under sections 147 (rioting), 153 (provocation with intent to cause riot), 186 (obstructing public servant in discharge of his public functions), 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty) and 332 (voluntarily causing hurt to deter a public servant).
The sessions court on Wednesday said the magisterial court’s order suffered from “grave illegality” and was not sustainable in the eyes of law.
The judge said that the magisterial court had placed heavy reliance upon the statement of witnesses, even though video recording was not supporting the allegations made by the witnesses, to come to a prima facie view that charge is required to be framed against the revisionist and other accused persons.
The judge said there were two views possible, one of which, based upon the statement of witnesses, raises a suspicion only that revisionist and other accused persons had committed the offence alleged by the witnesses.
However, the other view, which was made out from the video recording did not raise a grave suspicion that revisionist and other accused persons had committed the offence alleged by the witnesses in their respective statements, the judge noted.
“It is a settled principle of law that if two views are possible and one view raises a suspicion only, then accused needs to be discharged. In the light of above discussion, the impugned order suffers from grave illegality and is not sustainable in the eyes of law,” the judge said while discharging Khan.

The metropolitan magistrate had on January 20 ordered framing of charges against Khan and others.
According to police, Khan, who was the area MLA, along with his supporters, had formed unlawful assembly and pelted stones on Delhi police personnel, besides damaging public property while opposing a demolition drive being carried out by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation in Kalindi Kunj area on May 12, 2022.
Reasonable force had to be used at the spot to curtail the crowd, police said, adding that several police officials got injured in the stone pelting.

Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde tease fans with glimpse of peppy dance number ‘Billi Billi’

Mumbai: After ‘Naiyo Lagda’, Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde are back with a new song from their upcoming family entertainer ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’.
Taking to Instagram, Salman treated fans to the teaser of the song titled ‘Billi Billi’, posting in the caption, “Song Out Tomorrow.. #BilliBilliTeaser.”
A peppy dance number song is sung by Punjabi singer Sukhbir and has been written by Kumaar.
In the video, Salman looks dapper in a black-white suit while grooving with Pooja Hegde, clad in an elegant red costume.
Soon after the actor shared the video, fans flooded the comment section with red heart and fire emoticons. One of the fans commented, “can’t wait to full song.”
Another fan commented, “Damaal song hai bhai.”
Recently, the makers unveiled the first song of the film ‘Naiyo Lagda’ which received massive responses from the fans.
Helmed by Farhad Samji, ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ also stars Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh Daggubati, Jagapathi Babu, Bhumika Chawla, Vijender Singh, Abhimanyu Singh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari and Vinali Bhatnagar.

Earlier, Salman shared the teaser of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. He introduced his character with a powerful dialogue. As Pooja Hegde asks him, “Waise aapka naam kya hai (what is your name)?” Salman replies, “Mera koi naam nahi hai, lekin main Bhaijaan naam se jana jata hun (I don’t have any name, but people know me as Bhaijaan)” as shots of him fighting goons play in the background.
The film is set to hit the theatres this Eid.
Salman also has ‘Tiger 3’ with Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in his kitty. Tiger 3 is extremely special as it will have Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo.
As per a trade source, SRK will start shooting for his role in Tiger 3 in April.
“Shah Rukh will shoot for Tiger 3 by end-April and the shoot is expected to be in Mumbai. Details of this shoot is being kept completely under wraps but expect fireworks when the two super spies meet again in Tiger 3. Salman told SRK in Pathaan that he was going on an important mission so Pathaan will meet Tiger during this mission,” the source said.
Tiger 3 will release on the occasion of Diwali 2023.
