    JAMMU: Chief Engineer (Distribution), JPDCL Jammu has informed that the power supply to Purana Pind and adjoining areas shall remain affected on January 21 from 9 am to 2 pm.

    Similarly, the power supply to District- Reasi, Rajouri, and Poonch, Part of Jammu-Patoli Brahmana, Domana, Barnai, Purkhoo, Mishriwala, Baba Talab, Shamachak, Gurha, Singhu, Batera, Dabbin, Chorpur, Manyal, Dhramkhu, Tirth Talab, GREF, Gumpul, Sua No.1, Garkhal,  Mohinder Nagar, Bhagwati Nagar, Shakti Nagar, Canal Road, Krishna Nagar,  Bakshi Nagar, Rajpura, Gurha, Rehari, Sarwal,  Nitco Lane, Part of Talab Tillo, Kabir Colony, Basant, Vihar, Manorma Vihar, Hazuri Bagh, Col. Colony, Poonch House, Priya Darshani Lane, Top Paloura, Part of Barnai,  Akalpur, Udheywala, Sangrampur, Lale-De-Bagh, Nagbani, DPS School Manorma Vihar, Adheywala, Anand Nagar, Domana, Lower Machlian, Nagbani, Akhnoor and adjoining areas shall remain affected on January 21 from 10.30 am to 2.30 pm.

    Avalanche Warning Issued For 10 Districts In Jammu And Kashmir

    SRINAGAR: Jammu & Kashmir Disaster Management Authority has issued an avalanche warning for at least ten districts for next 24 hours.

    According to news agency GNS the JKDMA has cautioned that avalanche with ‘Low’ Danger Level is likely to occur above 2500 metres over Bandipora, Baramulla, Ganderbal and Kupwara district and areas above 2000 metres in Kulgam and Anantnag districts.

    Similarly, the Disaster Manager Authority has expressed its apprehension of ‘Medium’ Danger Level above 2500 metres over Doda, Kishtwar, Poonch and Ramban districts.

    People living in the notified areas have been advised to take precautions and avoid venturing in the avalanche prone areas.
