All the eligible candidates appearing for Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to B.Ed. Courses-2023, at Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE), Srinagar/Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu/B.Ed. Special Education in Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Srinagar are hereby informed that the Online Admit Cards will be available for download from 22nd of April, 2023 (11:30 a.m. onwards) on official website of BOPEE www.jkbopee.gov.in. Candidates should take note of the following instructions strictly.

Timing of Examination : 10:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M.
Candidate Identification/Photo ID Proof :
The candidates are required to affix recent passport size photograph on Electronic Admit Card downloaded by them from the official website of the BOPEE and they should carry along with them their Aadhar Card / Pan Card / Driving License / Passport / Photo ID issued by concerned College / Employer ID in original positively for their identification
Important Guidelines For their own convenience, candidates are advised to visit the venue of their Exam Centre any day before start of Entrance Examination.
The candidates should report in the examination centre in time as per the above time schedule. No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall after the prescribed time given above.
Tab, Smart Phone, Mobile Phone, Pager, Bluetooth Device, Camera, Calculator or any other communication /electronic device /Tablet is not allowed inside the premises of the Examination Centre. If a candidate is found carrying any one of these devices in the Examination Centre, his/her candidature will be cancelled including ban for future examination/selection. The candidates are advised to keep their electronic gadgets at their residence
The present status of the candidates shown on Admit Card or on any other document of the BOPEE is purely provisional and subject to subsequent verification by the Board and other Competent Bodies.
The candidate(s) who has / have submitted wrong/false information and has/have managed to appear in the Entrance Test will be disqualified from being considered for admission and if admission is granted on the basis of such information, his / her admission shall be cancelled and departmental action / criminal prosecution,
where ever applicable, shall be recommended / initiated against them. Mere appearing in the Entrance Test cannot be in any way taken as a guarantee for the selection to the course.

The candidates should check their Question Booklets before attempting any question and should ensure that the Booklet contains 180 questions. In case of any missing question / page / blank page or damaged/defaced Question Booklet, it shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate concerned to report it to the Invigilator and get it replaced by the same series, failing which no complaint can be entertained afterwards

JKBOPEE Admission to B.Sc. Nursing /B.Sc. Paramedical /B.Sc. Technology Courses- 2023 in Government / Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K: Invitation of online applications thereof.
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Examinations(JKBOPEE) has invited Online Applications are invited from the eligible/desirous candidates who intend to appear in the Entrance Test for admission to B.Sc. Nursing /B.Sc. Paramedical / B.Sc. Technology Courses for the academic session-2023 in Government / Private Colleges / Institutions of UT of J&K. The selection of the candidates to such courses shall be regulated by the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination.

The candidates, in their own interest, are advised to go through the Information Brochure before filling up the Online Application Form. The Board shall not be responsible for any act of omission or commission in filling up of the Online Application Form by the candidate(s). It is incumbent upon the candidates to go through the information contained in the e-Information Brochure and agree to the conditions contained therein.
The candidates are further advised to remain in touch with the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in. The Board does not undertake any responsibility for any
delay caused in publication of Notices/ Notifications in the Print Media (Newspapers) as delay, if any, in such publication(s) is not within the control of the Board, notwithstanding that the Board notifies the same on its official website and forward the same for publication in the newspapers simultaneously on the date of issue of the said Notifications/Notices etc.

Submission of Online Application Forms:
The interested candidates are required to upload the following scanned original / self-attested certificates in PDF format with size from 100-200 KB along with the Application Form: –
domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be (For Candidates of UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate)
Qualifying marks (12th Class) certificate; (where result is declared),
Date of Birth Certificate (only Matriculation Certificate issued by the Board); andValid Reserved category certificate, if any,
Any other documents, as requested.
However, it is for the information of all the concerned that afore-titled documents as required for submission of application form shall be considered provisional and subject to change(s), if any, as may be notified by the Government subsequently.
JKBOPEE Eligibility for B.Sc. Nursing Programme:
The candidates applying for admission to B.Sc. Nursing Programme must fulfill the following eligibility criteria;
A candidate must:
be a domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be (For Candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile certificate);
be 17 years old on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
have passed the qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together and passed in English individually including the candidates from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government having Science subjects and English only.
For the candidates belonging to reserved categories, the marks obtained in 3 core subjects shall be 40% instead of 45% for General category candidates.
The candidate must be medically fit.
Further the candidates appearing/appeared in 10+2 (12th Class) examination 2023 can also apply, provided such candidates have qualified the examination at the time of declaration of the result of the Entrance Test or before the date of counseling/admission as may be notified by the Board;
Eligibility for B.Sc. Para-Medical Courses:
The candidates applying for admission to B.Sc. Para-Medical Courses must fulfill the following eligibility criteria;
A candidate must:
be a domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be (For Candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile certificate);
be at least 17 years old on 31st December-2023;
have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science (PCB) and English through a recognized Board / University securing minimum 50% marks and above for Open Merit Candidates and 40 % marks and above for candidates belonging to Reserved Categories in aggregate;
Further, the candidates appearing/appeared in 10+2 (12th Class) examination; 2023 can also apply, provided such candidates have qualified the examination at the time of declaration of the result of the Entrance Test or before the date of counseling/admission as may be notified by the Board;
The candidates applying for Lateral Entry only must have obtained diploma in concerned stream and having passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and diploma registered with J&K Para-Medical Council.
Eligibility for B.Sc. Technology Courses in SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar: A candidate must:
be a domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be (For Candidates
belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile certificate);
be at least 17 years old on 31st December-2023,
have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science (PCB) and English through recognized Board / University securing minimum 50% marks and above for Open Merit Candidates and 40% marks and above for candidates belonging to Reserved Categories in aggregate;

Note – I
The eligibility is bare minimum/provisional and shall be subject to such changes/bench marks as may be fixed by the concerned Competent Authority/ University. The Board shall on receipt of any such communication from the concerned authority/University notify the same, which shall govern the eligibility criteria.
Original Documents required to be submitted in the Institution at the time of Admission: –
Marks certificate of the qualifying examinations (12th class marks certificate);
Date of birth (Matriculation / Secondary School Certificate) from a recognized Board;
Domicile Certificate for candidates belonging to UT of J&K and ST certificate as a Domicile for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh;

Applicant must be a Domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh
Candidates should have passed the 10+2 or Equivalent examination from a recognized statutory Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and with at least 45% marks as prescribed by the AICTE taken together for Open Merit Category candidates including the Children of Defence Personnel, Children of Para Military Force, Children of J&K Police Personnel, TFW and candidates possessing outstanding proficiency in sports and 40% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/RBA/ALC/IB/OSC/PSP.

Pursuant to Notification No. 017-BOPEE of 2023 dated 24-02-2023, the Board notified Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to B. Ed. Course-2022 in Government College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu. In response to the said Notification, the Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu has conveyed short fall of seats due to non-joining of candidates. In order to fill up the short fall seats and the seats that have remained unfilled after the last date of joining against the above referred Notification, it is hereby notified that the list of candidates shown in the Annexure-A to this Notification are provisionally selected along with waiting list for admission to B. Ed. Course-2022 as per their merit in Government College of Education, Canal Road Jammu. The Annexure-A shall remain available on the official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
The Provisionally selected candidates are advised to report in Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu upto 14th of March, 2023 (till 04:00 p:m) along with the following original documents/certificates:
i) Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3);
ii) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of UT of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate);

1. Due to non-availability of the eligible candidate in reserved categories (04) seats in SC, (02) seats in RBA, (01) in ALC/IB, (01) in ST have been converted into Open Merit under Section-9 (2) of J&K Reservation Act-2004 and have been filled up by the eligible Open Merit category candidate.
2. The Principal of the Institution is advised to ensure to admit only those candidates whose documents are complete in all respects. In case, if any deficiency/discrepancy is found during the verification of the documents/certificates including Marks Card, such candidate (s) should not be allowed for admission under any circumstances. Any lapse in this regard will be the sole responsibility of the concerned Head of the Institution.

Pursuant to Notification No:012-BOPEE of 2023 dated 11-02-2023, the Board has received the shortfall of four seats from Composite Regional Centre, Srinagar after the last date of joining of candidates for admission to PGDRP Course at CRC, Srinagar for the session 2022. It is hereby notified that the following candidates are provisionally selected for admission to PG Diploma Course in Rehabilitation Psychology-2022 at CRC, Srinagar against the shortfall seats.

(ii) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of UT of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate); (iii) Category Certificate, if any; (iv) Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate and (v) Any other certificate required by the College in accordance with the rules.
The Principal of the College shall get the above certificates verified from the Incharge admissions and countersigned by him/her before allowing the candidate(s) to complete their admission formalities.
The Principal of the Institution is advised to furnish the details of candidates, who do not complete their admission formalities on 3rd of March, 2023 (till 05:00 p.m.) as short fall, to the BOPEE office, Jammu positively through e-mail helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com /coejakbopee@gmail.com

1. Due to non-availability of the eligible candidate in reserved categories i.e. ALC/IB (02), SC (02), & RBA (01), seats have been converted into Open Merit under Section-9 (2) of J&K Reservation Act-2004 and have been filled up by the eligible Open Merit category candidate.
2. The Principal of the Institution is advised to ensure to admit only those candidates whose documents are complete in all respects. In case if any deficiency /discrepancy is found during the verification of the documents/certificates including Marks Card, such candidate (s) should not be allowed admission under any circumstances. Provisional Selection List of candidates recommended for admission to B. Ed. Course-2022 in Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu: Second list thereof.
Pursuant to Notification No. 009-BOPEE of 2023 dated 28.01.2023, the Board notified Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to B. Ed. Course-2022 in Government College of Education, Canal Road. Jammu. In response to the said Notification. the Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu has conveyed short fall of seats due to non joining of candidates. In order to fill up the short fall seats and the scats that have remained unfilled after the last date of joining against the above referred Notification, it is hereby notified that the list candidates shown in the Annexure-A to this Notification are Provisionally selected for admission to B. Ed. Course-2022 as per their merit in Government College of Education. Canal Road Jammu. The Annexure – A shall remain available on the official website of the Board viz. www.ikbopee.gov.in only.
The Provisionally selected candidates arc advised to report in Govt. College of Education. Canal Road, Jammu upto 20ffi of February, 2023 (MI 04.00 p.m.) along with the following original documents/certificates: –
(1) Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3);

Provisional list of the candidates who have applied for admission to PG Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology Course: 2022 at CRC, Srinagar—Inviting of the objections thereof.
Reference:
i) CRC/Sgr/Acad/4000/22/24 dated 14.12.2022.
ii) F(AFF-CRC) CDC-K-2023 dated 03.01.2023.
iii) Notification No. 002-BOPEE of 2023 dated 06.01.2023.
The Board vide Notification No. 002-BOPEE of 2023 dated 06.01.2023 invited offline Application Forms from the eligible candidates for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology (PGDRP) Course, 2022 at Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Srinagar. The Board has prepared a Provisional Merit List of the candidates who have applied for the said course for objections, if any, which is annexed as Annexure-A to this Notification and is available on official website of the Board www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
The candidate(s), if any, who intent to submit representation against his/her position assigned in the said Merit List can submit the same upto 9th of February, 2023 (till 4:00 p.m) in the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar physically, failing which no claim whatsoever shall be entertained under any circumstances.
Further, the candidates who have deficiency of any required document as shown in the list are also advised to clear the same by or before 9th of February, 2023 (till 4:00 p.m) positively, otherwise their candidature shall be treated as cancelled on their own risk and responsibility.
Note :
1. The representation(s)/deficient document document(s), if any, shall not be accepted through e-mail.
2. The Provisional Merit List of the candidates has been prepared on the basis of aggregate marks/percentage obtained in the qualifying examination.
3. Mere figuring in the Annexure-A to this Notification does not confer any right of selection to the said course.
4. The intending candidates shall keep ready all their relevant documents including Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority as required by the concerned Institution at the time of admission in CRC after notifying the allotment of seats to them, if any.
5. In case, no representation(s) is received by the Board upto the prescribed cut- off date, the Provisional Merit List shall be treated as final. The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified by the Board through Notifications/Notices etc. from time to time in this regard.
