GMC Anantnag Notification Regarding screening/written test for various Posts
It is hereby notified for information of all the eligible candidates that Govt. Medical College Anantnag is going to conduct screening/written test for various posts advertised vide Notification No. 23 GMCA of 2022, Dated: 10-12-2022, as per the details given in Annexure “A” to this Notice.
Candidates are advised to download the] Admit Cards from 15.032023, which shall! be made available on the official website of GMC Anantnag (www.gmcanantnagi net).
Candidates can download their Admit Cards from the website using Form 111 and Date of Birth.
In case of any difficulty in downloading issues related to Admit Card, candidates! may contact on 7780865591 or approval the office of undersigned.
Candidates are also advised to report examination centre one hour before schedule time along with Admit Card, ID Proof (original) and recent Passport size photograph. No such candidate shall be allowed to appear in the examination who do not meet the above-mentioned pre-requisites.
No electronic gadgets (Calculator, Mobil Phone, Smart Watch, Bluetooth devices etc.) shall be allowed in the examination centre. If any such device is found wit the candidate in the examination centre his/her candidature will be cancelled an legal action under rules will be initiate’ against him/her.

Consequent upon non joining of candidates/non-submission of verification rolls by candidates of the selection/ waiting list within the stipulated time period, recommendations made by J&K Service Selection Board communicated vide their letter No. SSB/Secy/Se1/2021/7046-53 dated 14.10.2021 read with Administrative Department’s letter referred to above and subsequent receipt of satisfactory Character/Antecedents verification report from Criminal Investigation Department J&K vide letters referred to above, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of Six (06) candidates of the waiting list as detailed in the annexure to this order as Depot Assistant Multitasking Staff carrying substantive pay level of Rs.14800-47100 (SL-1) under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants and Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandits
The appointment of the appointees shall be subject to the following conditions :
a. That the emoluments of the appointee shall be governed under S.O 194 dated 17.06.2020 as extended vide government order No. 586 JK GAD of 2021 dated 17.07.2021.
b. That the appointee shall give an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit to the effect that if on verification, genuineness of the qualification, migrant, domicile and category (if any) certificates from the concerned issuing authority are found fake/forged, the claim of the appointee for appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled abi-initio.
c. The salary of the appointee shall be drawn and disbursed by the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officer after receipt of satisfactory report in respect of documents as mentioned at (b).
d. The interse-seniority of the appointee shall be as per the list as communicated by J&K Service Selection Board.
e. The appointment and other terms and conditions shall be dated 30.12.2009 issued by Revenue Department.
f. The appointment of the candidate shall be governed by the vide SRO-400 of 2009 dated 24.12.2009.
g. The appointment is subject to the outcome of any writ petitions (s) if any pending before of competent jurisdiction.
The appointee shall report to the Assistant Directors – Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir as shown against each and shall be allowed to join only on production of the following documents/ certificates (in original) wherever applicable to be verified subsequently:-
1. Academic Qualification Certificate(s).
2. Date of Birth Certificate.
3. Domicile Certificate.
4. Health Certificate from the concerned Chief Medical Officer.
5. No loan certificate under Self Employment Scheme from DIC concerned and Employment Department.
In case the appointee fails to join within a period of 21 (twenty one) days from the date of issuance of this order, he/she shall forfeit his/her right and his/her appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio without any further notice as per Circular No. 08- JK(GAD) of 2019 dated 04-12-2019 issued by General Administration Department

Whereas, a final seniority list of MTS Staff (Class Iv employees) of School Education Department, District Cadre Ramban as it stood on 01-01-2022 was issued vide this office Order No: 31- CEORBN of 2022 Dated: 18-06-2022;and
Whereas, the seniority list of the staff is required to be updated by excluding the names of those officials, who have either been promoted to the next higher post substantively or have retired on superannuation, and by including those who have been appointed by way of direct recruitment or promotion; and
Whereas, in order to finalize seniority of Class-Iv employees of District Cadre Ramban as on 01-01- 2023, the tentative seniority list of Class-Iv employees of District Cadre Ramban was issued vide this office Notification No: CEO/R/23/23581-688 Dated: 28-01- 2023 for inviting objections from the concerned officials within 21 days from the date of issuance of the notice; and
Whereas, the representations / correction requests were received from concerned employees which have been examined in detail in accordance with the rules/law governing the subject matter and needful has been done as per rules;
Now, therefore, without prejudice to and subject to the outcome of writ petitions, if any, pending in the Hon’ble Court(s) of Law, the Final Seniority List of MTS Staff (Class-Iv employees) as on 01-01-2023 working in different educational institutions/ offices of School Education Department, District Ramban forming Annexure-A to this Order, is hereby issued
In case any official feels aggrieved with the position assigned to him/her in the above seniority list, he/she may file a review petition as per the relevant provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956. The review petitions, if any containing facts, as have not been considered or as have come to light now and which have a material bearing on the issue of determination of seniority, should reach to this office within a period of seven days from the date of issuance of this order failing which the above seniority list shall be deemed to have attained finality
The date of birth(s) as well as category certificate(s) recorded/ indicated against the officials in the Final Seniority shall not be taken as authentic and shall be subject to the verification from Service Book(s)/ matriculation Certificates/ other relevant records as prescribed under norms

Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to B.Ed. Course-2022 in Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu: Fourth list thereof.
Reference : Notification No. 017-BOPEE of 2023 dated 24-02- 2023.
Pursuant to Notification No. 017-BOPEE of 2023 dated 24-02-2023, the Board notified Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to B. Ed. Course-2022 in Government College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu. In response to the said Notification, the Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu has conveyed short fall of seats due to non-joining of candidates. In order to fill up the short fall seats and the seats that have remained unfilled after the last date of joining against the above referred Notification, it is hereby notified that the list of candidates shown in the Annexure-A to this Notification are provisionally selected along with waiting list for admission to B. Ed. Course-2022 as per their merit in Government College of Education, Canal Road Jammu. The Annexure-A shall remain available on the official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
The Provisionally selected candidates are advised to report in Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu upto 14th of March, 2023 (till 04:00 p:m) along with the following original documents/certificates:
i) Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3);
ii) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of UT of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate);
iii) Category Certificate, if any;
iv) Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate and
v) Any other certificate required by the College in accordance with the rules.
The Principal of the College shall get the above certificates verified from the Incharge admissions and countersigned by him/her before allowing the candidate(s) to complete their admission formalities. Further, the Principal of the College is advised to operate the waiting list on 15th of March 2023 (till 04:00 p.m.) only if any candidate(s) figuring in Annexure-A fails to join upto 14th March 2023. The waiting list shall be operative strictly on the basis of the merit and not on the first cum first serve basis
The Principal of the Institution is advised to furnish the details of candidates, who do not complete their admission formalities on 15th of March, 2023 (till 05.00 p.m.) as short fall, to the BOPEE office, Jammu positively through e-mail helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com /coejakbopee@gmail.com
Note :
1. Due to non-availability of the eligible candidate in reserved categories (04) seats in SC, (02) seats in RBA, (01) in ALC/IB, (01) in ST have been converted into Open Merit under Section-9 (2) of J&K Reservation Act-2004 and have been filled up by the eligible Open Merit category candidate.
2. The Principal of the Institution is advised to ensure to admit only those candidates whose documents are complete in all respects. In case, if any deficiency/discrepancy is found during the verification of the documents/certificates including Marks Card, such candidate (s) should not be allowed for admission under any circumstances. Any lapse in this regard will be the sole responsibility of the concerned Head of the Institution.
3. The candidates whose ranks are shown in the table given below had been selected earlier in their respective categories vide Notification Nos. 009-BOPEE of 2023 dated 28.01.2023 & 013-BOPEE of 2023 dated 14-02-2023 respectively are now hereby treated to have been selected in Open Merit.
The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified by the Board through e-Information Brochure/Notifications/Notices issued from time to time in this regard.

The provisional senority list of various categories of employees of J&K Sports Council as it stood on 15-01-2023 was circulated vide this office communication No.SC/1544/15524-30 dated 20-01-2023 and placed on official website for inviting objections / grievances upto 27-01-2023. No objections / grievances were received within stipulated period from any category of employee(s).
As such the senority list as it stood on 15-01-2023 has been treated as final and shall remain available on official website of J&K Sports Council viz jksportscouncil.in.
The date of birth/ qualification / category shown against each official in the final senority list is provisional and shall be always subject to verification with original documents.

The appointment of the candidate(s) will be subject to the condition that all certificates like Date of Birth Certificate, Qualification Certificate, Category certificate (if any), Permanent Residence Certificate, etc. are found genuine, which will be further got verified from concerned competent authorities by the DDO, where posted.
In case any certificate of the candidate proves to be fake or tampered or not recognized, the appointment of such candidate shall be terminated ab-initio.
