J&K BOPEE Important Notification Regarding B.ED Courses
Download of Admit Card / Instructions for Candidates appearing in Common Entrance Test (CET) for B.Ed. Courses-2023 at Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE), Srinagar/Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu/B.Ed. Special Education in Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Srinagar
Reference : –
(i) Notification No. 020-BOPEE of 2023 dated 09-03-2023.
(ii) Notice No. 003-BOPEE of 2023 dated 29-03-2023.
All the eligible candidates appearing for Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to B.Ed. Courses-2023, at Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE), Srinagar/Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu/B.Ed. Special Education in Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Srinagar are hereby informed that the Online Admit Cards will be available for download from 22nd of April, 2023 (11:30 a.m. onwards) on official website of BOPEE www.jkbopee.gov.in. Candidates should take note of the following instructions strictly.
Date of Entrance Examination for Common Entrance Test for B.Ed. Courses-2023 30th April, 2023 (Sunday),
Timing of Examination : 10:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M.
Candidate Identification/Photo ID Proof :
The candidates are required to affix recent passport size photograph on Electronic Admit Card downloaded by them from the official website of the BOPEE and they should carry along with them their Aadhar Card / Pan Card / Driving License / Passport / Photo ID issued by concerned College / Employer ID in original positively for their identification
Important Guidelines For their own convenience, candidates are advised to visit the venue of their Exam Centre any day before start of Entrance Examination.
The candidates should report in the examination centre in time as per the above time schedule. No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall after the prescribed time given above.
Tab, Smart Phone, Mobile Phone, Pager, Bluetooth Device, Camera, Calculator or any other communication /electronic device /Tablet is not allowed inside the premises of the Examination Centre. If a candidate is found carrying any one of these devices in the Examination Centre, his/her candidature will be cancelled including ban for future examination/selection. The candidates are advised to keep their electronic gadgets at their residence
The present status of the candidates shown on Admit Card or on any other document of the BOPEE is purely provisional and subject to subsequent verification by the Board and other Competent Bodies.
The candidate(s) who has / have submitted wrong/false information and has/have managed to appear in the Entrance Test will be disqualified from being considered for admission and if admission is granted on the basis of such information, his / her admission shall be cancelled and departmental action / criminal prosecution,
where ever applicable, shall be recommended / initiated against them. Mere appearing in the Entrance Test cannot be in any way taken as a guarantee for the selection to the course.

The candidates are advised to go through the instructions given in the Electronic Information Brochure and particularly read instructions for filling up of the OMR answer sheet very carefully
The candidates should check their Question Booklets before attempting any question and should ensure that the Booklet contains 180 questions. In case of any missing question / page / blank page or damaged/defaced Question Booklet, it shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate concerned to report it to the Invigilator and get it replaced by the same series, failing which no complaint can be entertained afterwards

GMC Anantnag screening/written test for various posts
In continuation to this office notice issued vide No. GMCA: PS/2023/8213- 16 dated 18-03-2023, it is hereby notified for the information of all the eligible candidates that the Govt. Medical College Anantnag is going to conduct the screening/written test for various posts advertised vide Notice No. 23 GMCA of 2022 dated 10-12-2022, as per the revised schedule. Candidates are advised to download the fresh Admit Cards which shall be made available on the official website of GMC Anantnag (www. gmcanantnag.net) as per the details given in Annexure
Candidates can download their Admit Cards from the website using Form ID and Date of Birth.
In case of any difficulty in downloading/ issues related to Admit Card, candidates may contact via e-mail admsection.gmca@gmail.com or approach the office of undersigned.
Candidates are also advised to report examination centre one hour before schedule time alongwith Admit Card, ID Proof (original) and recent Passport size photograph. No such candidate shall be allowed to appear in the examination who do not meet the above mentioned pre-requisites.
No electronic gadgets (Calculator, Mobile Phone, Smart Watch, Bluetooth devices, etc.) shall be allowed in the examination centre. If any such device is found with the candidate in the examination centre, his/her candidature will be cancelled and legal action under rules will be initiated against him/her.

India Post Gramin Dak Sevaks Merit list II Released.
The second merit list for the recruitment of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) in 2023 has been made available by the India Post on its official website.
The GDS 2023 second merit list may be viewed and downloaded from the official India Post GDS recruiting website at https://indiapostgdsonline.gov.in/ by applicants who have submitted applications for the position.
On March 12, 2023, the India Post GDS 2023 result was released. With the publication of the second merit list, applicants may now determine if they were eligible for the selection procedure.

High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Important Notification
It is for the information of all those candidates who have applied for the post of Senior Scale Stenographer in the pay Level-7 (44900-142400) in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh pursuant to Advertisement Notice No. 03 of 2022/RG/NG dated 30-08-2022, that their Short-hand and Computer based Typing test is scheduled to be held as per the below mentioned schedule
Instructions for the Test :
I) The test shall start at 10:30 AM, however, the candidates shall report at the venue one hour before the scheduled time of the test.
II) The candidates shall bring all the original documents along with their self attested photocopies as also one self attested recent passport size photograph. III) Test will be conducted of only those candidates whose documents are found valid.
IV) For identification purpose, apart from the driving license, the candidates shall also produce either of the following testimonials: a) Aadhar Card b) Election Card c) Passport
V) No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates.
VI) Any request for the change of date/venue shall not be entertained.
VII) Mobile phone and other Electronic Gadgets are not allowed inside the Examination Hall.
VIII) Mere appearance in the test shall not confer any right to seek appointment against the post.
IX) The candidates belonging to Jammu Province who have applied for the said post shall appear for the prescribed test on the scheduled date and time at the venue shown at Sr. No. 1 in the Notification i.e;, B. N. College of Education, Sunjawan Road, Near J&K Bank, Nawabad, Jammu, and the candidates belonging to Kashmir Province and UT of Ladakh shall appear for the prescribed test on the scheduled date and time at the venue shown at Sr. No. 2 in the Notification i.e., Faster Computer Education, Goripora Sanatnagar, Jeep Showroom lane, Opp. Marriage Hall Goripora, Srinagar.
