Interview for the posts of Registrars/Demonstrators in Govt. Medical College, Jammu
In pursuance to Advertisement Notice No. GMC/Es1/109/1599 dated 04-02-2023, the interview for the posts of Registrars/Demonstrators of the eligible candidates in the following disciplines of this college shall be held on 27/2/2023 at 12.00. Noon in the office chamber of the Principal, Govt. Medical
College, Jammu
The candidates are required to bring originals of the following testimonials along-with them on the schedule date and time:-
1. Attempt Certificate of all examinations of MBBS issued by the University.
2. Distinction/Honour /Medal/Academic merit certificate, if any.
3. House Job certificate (Junior/Senior) issued by the concerned Principal.
4. Post Graduate Degree/Diploma Certificate.
5. Professional publications in standard medical journals.
6. MBBS degree and Internship completion certificate.

7. Service Certificate issued by the Director Health Services, Jammu /Srinagar.
8. Self Declaration on plain paper that they will not indulge in any private practice during their tenure as Registrar/ Demonstrator in case they got selected.
9. Wearing of mask is mandatory
10. Candidates are requested to carry their own sanitizer and water bottle.
11. All the norms of Social distancing are to be followed

1.) Notification Regarding : MD/DNB Anaesthesia
Walk-In-Interview has been scheduled on 10.02.2023 (Friday) at 10.30 AM in the office chambers of Principal Govt. Medical College, Anantnag at (Associated Hospital Janglatmandi Anantnag) for the tenure posts of Senior Resident, Department of Anaesthesia, (under 5.0 – 364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020) on Academic Arrangement basis, initially for a period of One Year extendable up to maximum 03 Years, subject to good work and conduct of the candidate which will be certified by the concerned Head of Departments.
2.) Notification Regarding : MD/PhD. Biochemistry
Walk-in-interview has been scheduled on 10.022023 (Friday) at 1030 AM in the office chambers of Principal Govt. Medical College, Anantnag at (Associated Hospital Janglatmandi Anantnag) for the tenure posts of Tutor/Demonstrator, Department of Biochemistry, (under SO – 364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020) on Academic Arrangement basis, initially for a period of One Year extendable upto maximum 03 Years, subject to good work and conduct of the candidate which will be certified by the concerned Head of Departments.
The eligible desirous candidates with ( MD/DNB Anaesthesia /MD/PhD. Biochemistry) may report for the Walk-in- Interview on the scheduled date, time & Venue along with the following documents in original and also bring along self attested photocopies of all these documents:
1) Date of Birth Certificate.

2) MBBS Degree Certificate from a recognized University/Institution.
3) MBBS Mark Sheets of 1st, 2nd, Pre-Final and Final from a recognized University/ Institution.
4) PG Degree.
5) Internship completion certificate.
6) State Medical Council Registration Certificate of MBBS and higher qualification, if any.
7) Attempt certificate 1st, 2nd, Pre-final and Final MBBS examinations issued by the Concerned University.
8) Distinction/National Scholarship/Honors/Medals/Academic Merit Certificates.
9) Date of Birth certificate.
10) Professional Publications in a standard medical journal, if any.
11) Two recent passport size photographs.

GMC Anantnag List and Notice for Written Test
It is hereby notified for information of all the eligible candidates who have applied online and submitted hard copies in the office of undersigned for the post of Sister tutor under S.no 364 on Academic Arrangement basis vide Advertisement Notification No. 24 GMCA of 2022 dated: 12/12/2022 in Govt. Medical College Anantnag, that the screening (Written test) is scheduled to be held on 10.02.2023 (Friday) starting from 02.30 PM to 03.30 PM at Govt. Medical College, Main Campus Dialgam, Anantnag.
The list of eligible candidates is provisional and has been devised on the basis of information provided by the candidates in application forms annexed herewith and marked as Annexure “A”. The candidates are informed to download the acknowledgement slips (Admit Cards) available on College Website (www. gmc.anantnag.net) from 04.02.2023 onwards. Any candidate who faces any kind of problem in downloading admit-Ca-RI may approach the office of Administrative Officer, Government Medical College, Anantnag at Main Campus, Dailgam.
The candidates are mandated to report examination centre one hour before the scheduled time along with acknowledgement slips, Identity Proof (Original) and two passport size photographs. No such candidate shall be allowed to appear in the examination who don’t possess the above requisite documents.
No electronic gadgets (Calculators, mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices etc) shall be allowed in the examination centre. If any such device found within the examination centre, his/ her candidature will be cancelled and legal action under rules will be initiated against him/ her.
