    SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (BOSE) Saturday reopened links for submission of online forms for annual regular examination 2023 for classes 10th to 12th standard.

    The online links for submission of the forms will be opened from February-14 to February-15 with a late fee Rs 6000 in addition to last prescribe Fee.

    News agency KNO quoted Director Academic BOSE as having said, “It is notified for the information of all concerned students who have not so far, submitted their examination forms can now submit their examination forms for Classes 10th, 11th and 12th Annual Regular Examination 2023, online with a late fee Rs 6000in addition to last prescribe Fee.”

    “The link for submission of online examination forms shall be made available on official website of JKBOSE with immediate effect from February-14 to February-15,” BOSE said.

    Srinagar, Feb 11: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (BOSE) Saturday reopened links for submission of online forms for annual regular examination 2023 for classes 10th to 12th standard.

    The online links for submission of the forms will be opened from February-14 to February-15 with a late fee Rs 6000 in addition to last prescribe Fee.

    According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Director Academic BOSE in a communique said, “It is notified for the information of all concerned students who have not so far, submitted their examination forms can now submit their examination forms for Classes 10th, 11th and 12th Annual Regular Examination 2023, online with a late fee Rs 6000in addition to last prescribe Fee.”

  • Haj Forms Available On HCoI’s Official Website From Today

    SRINAGAR: Haj 2023 forms will be available online free of cost from on Friday onwards on the official website of Haj Committee of India (HCoI).

    “Haj forms have been made available on the official website of HcOI: https://hajcommittee.gov.in/haf23,” news agency KNO quoted HCoI Member, Er Aijaz Hussain as having said. He said the forms are absolutely free of cost as already announced by the HCoI under its Haj policy 2023.

    Er Aijaz said all the steps will be taken to provide as much as possible relief to the pilgrims performing Haj 2023. He said that under the Haj policy 2023, 25 Haj Embankment points will be set up across country to facilitate the pilgrims by all means. This year, as per the bilateral agreement between Government of India and Saudi Government, over 1,75000 pilgrims will perform the holy pilgrimage of Haj 2023. Pertinently, HCoI has already abolished the VIP quota under which 5 to 10 persons were allowed to perform the pilgrimage. This year, there is no such quota. Er Aijaz reiterated that this year, pilgrims above 70 years of age will be given priority.

    He said HCoI is taking every step to make Haj 2023 cheaper with all possible best facilities available for the pilgrims visiting both holy cities of Makah and Madina.

    Ahmedabad: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has formed a panel headed by retired high court judge Paresh Upadhyay to probe an advocate’s role in allegedly misleading candidates in the bar council exams held across India last Sunday.

    BCI Chairman Manan Mishra told IANS, “There is a report alleging that an advocate and his companions misled candidates in the bar council exams. To probe the allegation, a three-member panel has been formed, which will look into whether there is any substance in the allegation. It will submit a report within seven days.”

    Mishra added, “If the probe panel finds any irregularities in the exams, it will decide about the exams accordingly. If they find out that the advocate and his companions misled the candidates, action will be taken against them.”

    There were reports from Rajkot that a practising advocate and his companions had leaked the answer keys to help candidates appearing for the lawyer’s exams.

    Srinagar, Jan 27 (GNS): Government on Friday constituted Public Private Partnership cum Project Appraisal Cell (PPCPA) and Steering Committee in the Planning Development & Monitoring Department for overseeing the selection, formulation and implementation of the projects to be undertaken by different departments.

    According to a government order, a copy of which lies with GNS, Public Private Partnership cum Project Appraisal Cell (PPCPA) will have Team Leader, Urban Development Expert, Procurement Expert, Support Personnel (Infrastructure Expert), Planning cum Housing Expert, Transport Expert, Industries cum Tourism Expert, Social Sector Expert, Finance/Appraisal Expert, PPP Expert, Environment Expert and MIS/Network Manager. ”The actual filling of positions in PPCPA shall be on the basis of Project Requirement and manpower support received from NITI Aayog/DEA, GoI from time to time.”

    Terms of reference of the PPCPA Cell include among others to seek qualified professionals as Consultants, Domain Experts to be housed in the PPCPA for institutional, regulatory and procedural reforms and to work towards standardization of PPP documents, develop concession agreements in different sectors, appraisal of projects, framing of Standard Bid Documents, scrutinizing the cost escalation proposals and preparation of shelf of projects.

    It has been also tasked with building the capacity of the government to handhold various departments in identification, preparation and implementation of projects under PPP mode; Process cases under viability gap funding (VGF) under various PPP schemes of GOI; Appraise the project reports/DPRs costing more than 10 crore (or as deemed fit by the Govt.); Carry out Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR)/Return on Investment (ROI) of the project and Providing assistance in engagement of project specific Transactional Advisor, as per requirement.

    The six-member Steering committee for PPP projects will be headed by Chief Secretary as chairman, according to the order with Global News Agency. Its members include Administrative Secretaries of Finance Department Revenue Department, Planning Development & Monitoring Department (Member Secretary) and Secretary, Law, Justice& Parliamentary Affairs Department besides Administrative Secretary of concerned implementing Department
    The terms of reference steering committee includes among others to oversee the selection, formulation and implementation of the projects to be undertaken by the line departments and approve the projects for funding under Viability Gap Funding scheme of GOI and other source of funding. The other terms of references include approving the quantum of Viability funding for recommendation to DEA, Ministry of Finance, GoI as well as to approve the UT share of Viability Gap Funding as per norms of viability Gap Funding scheme notified by DEA, GoI within the budgetary provisions. Besides, it is tasked with to deal with any other issue related to successful implementation of PPP projects. “All PPP projects shall be undertaken after seeking approval of the competent authority,” the order added.
