Srinagar, Mar 29 : Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has ordered change in school timings for Kashmir province from April 1.
According to an order issued by DSEK, the new timings for the government and the recognized private schools falling outside Srinagar Municipal limits will be from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
“The order/instructions shall be adhered to strictly by all the concerned institutions,” the order reads, adding, “Any deviation in this regard shall be viewed seriously.”
There is no mention about timings for schools located within the Srinagar Municipal Limits and it appears that it shall remain from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm. (GNS)

Srinagar, Mar 28 : The government has ordered transfer of 20 JKAS officers in the interest of administration with immediate effect.
According to a government order, Naresh Kumar, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department.
Shagun Sharma, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Special Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.
Sachin Dev Singh, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, holding additional charge of Registrar, District Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department.
Sajid Yehaya Naqash, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD, has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Tral. “He shall also hold the charge of the post of Sub-Registrar, Tral, in addition to his own A duties, till further orders,” reads the order, a copy of which lies with GNS.

Mumbai: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is known for enjoying a secular household. He has always been vocal about secularism. SRK is a muslim by birth, but he believes in worshipping and respecting all other religions. The actor is married to Gauri, who is a Hindu, and they’ve raised their three children Aryan, Suhana and AbRam with both faiths.
In a 2005 documentary — The Inner and Outer World of Shah Rukh Khan, Khan revealed that his kids are open to all religions and that they recite Gayatri mantra and offer Namaz with equal faith and enthusiasm. And because of his secular ways of life, fans love him a lot more.
Last year, a video of a child offering Namaz went viral and SRK fans claimed that it is King Khan’s little one. The video was widely circulated and again this year, the same clip was shared by one of the actor’s fan pages on Instagram.
In the video an adorable small child is seen offering Namaz. He can be seen chanting Surah Al-Fateh and Surah Al-Ahad. The fan page under the name of srkbeedcfc claimed that it is SRK’s son AbRam offering Namaz in the video.
Netizens seem divided after watching the video as a few claim that it is the son of SRK while others are of the opinion that the video features actor Ajaz Khan’s son Alexander Khan. After doing a lot of research to know the truth behind the video, we have finally found that it is Alexander Khan who is offering the Namaaz in the video. The video features the son of Bigg Boss fame Ajaz Khan and the actor has earlier last year also confirmed it via tweet.
To clear the air that it is not AbRam but Alexander Khan offer Namaaz in the viral video, Ajaz Khan wrote, ”Abram is a very cute child n we all love him a lot..but the child in the video offering namaz is NOT Abram but my son Adan..m sure Abram looks equally cute while praying..Adan is a big fan of @iamsrk and is blushing at the moment.”

The Southern Electricity Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL) Invites for applicants to apply for Junior Lineman positions. Applicants who have not yet applied may do so at www.tssouthernpower.com, which is the website’s official address. From April 1 until April 4, applicants may update their submissions. A total of 1553 Junior Lineman positions will be filled as a result of this recruitment effort.
For their online application, each applicant must pay a processing charge of Rs. 200. The applicants must also pay a 120 rupee examination fee in addition to this. Candidates from EWS and the SC/ST/BC communities, however, are exempt from paying the examination fee.
The registration process started on March 8, 2023, and will end on March 28, 2023.
The hall tickets will be released on April 24 and the examination will be conducted on April 30.

Objective:

» Increase income of dairy farmers through value addition.

Eligibility
» Individuals living within the operational area of the branch. Preference be given to the Women beneficiaries & the ex-servicemen drawing pension through our Bank;

» The identified beneficiaries should have necessary skill/ training to manage the dairy unit.

Unit Size
Minimum Two to Maximum Ten milch animals.
Margin
For Loans upto Rs.4.00 lakh: 10%
For Loans above Rs.4.00 lakh: 20%
Security:
For loans up to Rs.3.00 lakh
Primary: Hypothecation of animals to be purchased and misc. fixed assets.
Collateral:
1. Two third party guarantees of sufficient net means acceptable to the bank.
2. Negative Lien of immovable property (including the shed to be constructed with land underneath) not less than the loan amount
For loans above Rs.3.00 lakh
Primary: Hypothecation of animals to be purchased and misc. fixed assets.
Collateral:
1. Guarantee of two persons having sound financial net means, good for loan amount and acceptable to the bank.
2. Mortgage of immovable property (including the shed to be constructed with land underneath) not less than the loan amount.
Repayment Period
The repayment period has been fixed as 6 years. The loan will be recovered in 69 equal monthly installments starting after initial gestation period of three months from the purchase of 1st lot of animals.
