ChatGPT, which stands for Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer, earned another A+ in IIM Ahmedabad exam after clearing Harvard with with responses that made coherent, internal sense and contained frequent insights. ChatGPT scored 99.97 and 98 %ile in IIM Ahmedabad and Harvard exams respectively.
However, ChatGPT failed the Bihar Board exam. With a high average IQ, the chatbot does lack cheating skill, one of the most desirable skill to clear the Bihar Board exams. ChatGPT ability to understand context is limited. Hence, the model fails to answer questions that need humanly aspect like cheating, paper leak etc
Founder of Open AI chatbot, ChatGPT Sam Altman told The Fauxy “ChaptGPT lakes the human touch and doesn’t have cheating skill since there’s no competitor of it. However, after the release of Google’s chatbot ‘Bard’ ChatGPT will have cheating skills”.
Sources suggest that ChatGPT will extensively study the Rajasthan state exams to develop the skills of paper leak. More details awaited.

SRINAGAR: What is ChatGPT? A buzzword that is everywhere in the virtual world of social media giants and is being discussed everywhere from schools, colleges, corporates, multinationals, and news organizations. Is it really going to create an inflexion in jobs?
Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Robotics
ChatGPT is a sophisticated Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) tool that gives intelligent solutions upon giving a simple prompt. It became the fastest-growing consumer application by amassing 100 million active users within two months of its launch, surpassing TikTok (9 months) and Instagram (2.5 years).
In its own narration, ChatGPT is a text-based conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) model designed to generate natural language text that is relevant and appropriate in response to a given prompt, making it a powerful tool for conversational AI systems. It is based on the Generative Pretrained Transformer (GPT) language model, i.e, it has been trained on a large data set of text from the internet to generate human-like responses to various types of questions.
ChatGPT is a Large Language Model (LLM) based AI platform integrated with the messaging platform. It can generate text with a simple query. It is developed by the San-Francisco based Start-up called “OpenAI”. Founded in 2015, the company is financially backed by hard-hitting entrepreneurs of Silicon Valley like Sam Altman, Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, and Reid Hoffman along with Venture Capital (VC) firms like Khosla Ventures, Tiger Global, Andreessen Horowitz, and Microsoft.
ChatGPT has been fine-tuned on vast amounts of data and can produce comprehensive output much like human beings. It can also answer follow-up questions. From remedies to any disease to poetry in the John Keats style, to legal briefs, to bugs in a computer code, to simple scripts, it can generate almost anything you could ask for.
ChatGPT triggered a new race in the development of Artificial Intelligence. Many Tech giants are betting billions to create their own chatbots. Google announced its own AI Chabot called Bardu, powered by Google’s Language Model for Dialogue Applications (LaMDA). Famously known China’s Google Baidu is also launching its AI Chabot called Ernie Bot the next month.
ChatGPT is like other Generative AI tools trained algorithmically to collect and generate new data that resembles human-generated content, including code, images, text, and simulations.
The fourth Industrial Revolution is bound to create a fundamental change in the way we live, work, and relate to one another. Artificial Intelligence enabled technology has been at the forefront of this revolution. AI is simply defined as simulating the intelligent behaviour in machines and computers. AI is more than the behemoth creatures shown in Science fiction movies. It is like normally written software with exceptional capabilities like the human brain. Advanced AI programmes can learn new things by themselves when catered to large data sets and will execute the actions accordingly.
Although discussions about advanced Artificial intelligence tools have been going around for a decade or more, ChatGPT became the curtain raiser to AI for the world to understand it better. According to Statista, investment in AI reached 94 billion dollars from 2015-2021 and is expected to exceed the mark of US 135 billion dollars in 2023.
ChatGPT is still in its infancy stage, and the endgame of AI-based chatbots is difficult to predict, but tech prodigies all over the world believe that it will create a disruption in Big Tech, industries, and the future of work.
New Delhi: Around 62 per cent of Indians who were surveyed are planning to use the AI chatbot ChatGPT to help write their love letters this Valentine’s Day, the highest out of all the countries surveyed, with 73 per cent also using AI to boost their dating profiles, a report showed on Thursday.
With ChatGPT starting to infiltrate every aspect of our daily lives, 78 per cent of Indians surveyed were also unable to spot the difference between a love letter written by the AI chatbot and the one written by a human, according to the report by cyber-security company McAfee.
The vast majority (60 per cent) of Indian respondents preferred a machine-generated love note.
The most popular reason given for using AI as a ghost-writer was that it would make the sender feel more confident (59 per cent), others cited lack of time (32 per cent) or lack of inspiration (26 per cent), while 14 per cent said it would just be quicker and easier, believing they would not be found out.
However, 57 per cent of respondents said they would be offended if they found out the note they had received was produced by a machine.
“With Valentine’s Day around the corner, it’s important to stay vigilant and use security solutions that can help safeguard your privacy and identity and protect you from clicking on malicious links a scammer might send,” said Steve Grobman, McAfee Chief Technology Officer.
“It is easy to drop your guard when chatting to a potential partner but it’s important to be on alert if you’re asked suspicious requests for money or personal information,” Grobman added.
With the rise in popularity of artificial intelligence, particularly tools such as ChatGPT that anybody with a web browser can access, the chances of receiving machine-generated information are on the rise.
In fact, 76 per cent of Indians admit to being catfished — which is when somebody pretends to be someone they’re not online — or knowing somebody who has.
Additionally, 89 per cent of Indian respondents have engaged in direct conversations with strangers on social media across platforms, compared to 66 per cent globally.
“Those looking for love are often more vulnerable to scams, and cybercriminals use that to their advantage, engaging in long, sophisticated attempts to steal from their victims,” said the report.
San Francisco: Microsoft on Monday announced a multi-year, multi-billion-dollar investment in OpenAI, the developer behind AI-driven ChatGPT which has become a rage.
The tech giant, which infused $1 billion in OpenAI in 2019, did not divulge the investment amount in the “third phase of our long-term partnership with OpenAI”. Earlier reports had claimed Microsoft may infuse up to $10 billion in OpenAI.

“In this next phase of our partnership, developers and organisations across industries will have access to the best AI infrastructure, models, and toolchain with Azure to build and run their applications,” Nadella added.
Microsoft will now increase its investments in the development and deployment of specialised supercomputing systems to accelerate OpenAI’s groundbreaking independent AI research.
It will deploy OpenAI’s models across its consumer and enterprise products and introduce new categories of digital experiences built on OpenAI’s technology.
This includes Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service which empowers developers to build cutting-edge AI applications through direct access to OpenAI models, said the tech giant.
“The past three years of our partnership have been great,” said Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI.
“Microsoft shares our values and we are excited to continue our independent research and work toward creating advanced AI that benefits everyone,” he added.
As OpenAI’s exclusive cloud provider, Azure will power all OpenAI workloads across research, products and API services.
Bageshwar Dham Sarkar alias Dhirendra Krishna Shastri has grabbed headlines off late after a Nagpur based anti-superstition organisation challenged his so-called miraculous power. Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, who is based in Chhatarpur region of Bundelkhand in Madhya Pradesh, is famous for rightly predicting people’s future and telling their problem without knowing much about it.
While there are allegations that Bageshwar Dham Sarkar uses people’s social media posts to predict future, the west is looking at it as an opportunity. Reportedly, the new version of ChatGPT, chatbot launched by OpenAI, will incorporate the methodology used by Bageshwar Dham Sarkar.
Bageshwar Dham Sarkar doesn’t have any patent or copyright on his methedology neither it’s in open for all, hence, ChatGPT will analyse the method and adopt the same in its latest version. ChatGPT’s newer version will ask for social media data and usage of its users to rightly predict about them. Details on this is awaited.
