    J&K BOPEE Notification Regarding PG Diploma

    Provisional list of the candidates who have applied for admission to PG Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology Course: 2022 at CRC, Srinagar—Inviting of the objections thereof.

    Reference:

    i) CRC/Sgr/Acad/4000/22/24 dated 14.12.2022.

    ii) F(AFF-CRC) CDC-K-2023 dated 03.01.2023.

    iii) Notification No. 002-BOPEE of 2023 dated 06.01.2023.

    The Board vide Notification No. 002-BOPEE of 2023 dated 06.01.2023 invited offline Application Forms from the eligible candidates for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology (PGDRP) Course, 2022 at Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Srinagar. The Board has prepared a Provisional Merit List of the candidates who have applied for the said course for objections, if any, which is annexed as Annexure-A to this Notification and is available
    on official website of the Board www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

    The candidate(s), if any, who intent to submit representation against his/her position assigned in the said Merit List can submit the same upto 9th of February, 2023 (till 4:00 p.m) in the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar physically, failing which no claim whatsoever shall be entertained under any circumstances.

    Further, the candidates who have deficiency of any required document as shown in the list are also advised to clear the same by or before 9th of February, 2023 (till 4:00 p.m) positively, otherwise their candidature shall be treated as cancelled on their own risk and responsibility.

    Note :

    1. The representation(s)/deficient document document(s), if any, shall not be accepted through e-mail.

    2. The Provisional Merit List of the candidates has been prepared on the basis of aggregate marks/percentage obtained in the qualifying examination.

    3. Mere figuring in the Annexure-A to this Notification does not confer any right of selection to the said course.

    4. The intending candidates shall keep ready all their relevant documents including Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority as required by the concerned Institution at the time of admission in CRC after notifying the allotment of seats to them, if any.

    5. In case, no representation(s) is received by the Board upto the prescribed cut- off date, the Provisional Merit List shall be treated as final.
    The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified by the Board through Notifications/Notices etc. from time to time in this regard.

    Tentative Schedule for various Entrance Tests / Counsellings to be conducted by J&K BOPEE during the year 2023.

    Notice No : 001-BOPEE OF 2023 Dated: 30-01-2023

    The tentative schedule for various Entrance Tests/Examinations and Counsellings to be conducted by the J&K BOPEE for admission to various Professional Courses during the Academic Session 2023-24 is hereby notified for information of the general public and especially for intending candidates :

    Note

    1. The B.Sc Technology and Medical Record Technician (MRT) courses arc available only in SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar while Postgraduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Programme (PGDRP) is at CRC, Bemina Srinagar.

    2. The above schedule has been notified only to provide information to the general public/ candidates in advance and is purely tentative and is subject to change(s) as may be deemed necessary by the Board.

    -3. The counselling for NEET-PG/NEET-UG including DNB and DDH/DDM/BAMS/ BUMS/BPT courses shall depend upon declaration of results by National Board of Examinations/National Testing Agency as the case may be.

    4. The candidates in their own interest are advised to visit the BOPEE website www.fkbopee.gov.in for daily updates.

    5. The Information Bulletins/Brochures shall be made available on the BOPEE website in due course of time before the start of submission of online preferences/registration.

    JK BOPEE Notification Regarding B.ED Courses

    Provisional Selection List of candidates recommended for Admission to B. Ed. Course-2022 (Jammu) in Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu: First list thereof.

    Reference : Notification No. 006-BOPEE of 2023 Dated 16-01-2023 Notification No. 009-BOPEE of 2023

    Pursuant to declaration of Result of B. Ed Course – 2022 (Jammu) vide Notification No. 006-BOPEE of 2023 Dated 16-01-2023, having processed the representations received by this office in response to the above Notification upto 19.01.2023 in order to remove deficiencies wherever found applicable, against the positions assigned to the candidates in the Provisional Merit List and subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria, it is hereby notified that the candidates figuring in the Annexure-A to this Notification have been Provisionally selected for admission to B.Ed. Course-2022 (Jammu) in Government College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu.

    The candidates who have failed to submit their deficient category certificates before the Board upto the prescribed date mentioned in the above referred Notification, have been considered under Open Merit (OM) subject to their eligibility under OM.

    The Principal of the College shall get the following Certificates in original verified from the Incharge admission and countersigned by him/her before allowing the candidates to complete their admission formalities : –

    (i) Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3)

    (ii) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of UT of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate)

    (iii) Category Certificate, if any

    (iv) Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate, and

    (v) Any other certificate required by the College in accordance with the rules.

    Note :
    1. In view of non-availability of the eligible candidates in the following reserved categories (except those selected in the Open Merit as per their merit) in B.Ed. -2022 (Jammu°, the vacant Reserved Category seats have been converted into Open Merit under Section 9 (2) of J&K Reservation Act-2004 as per details given below and have been filled up accordingly from Open Merit category candidates: – PSP – 02+CDP – 02 + JKPM – 02+ST- 06+ OSC-04+ SP – 02 Total=18

    2. The Head of the College is advised to ensure to admit only those candidates whose documents are complete in all respects. In case of any deficiency found during the verification of documents /certificates including Marks Card, such candidate(s) should not be allowed admission in any case. Any lapse in this regard will be the sole responsibility of the concerned Head of the Institution.

    3. The admission of candidates is purely Provisional and shall be liable to be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate(s) proves to be false/fabricated, and action as warranted under Law shall be initiated against such candidate(s)

    4. The Annexure-A shall remain available on the official website of the Board www.ikbonee.mov.in only.

    5. The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in e-Information Brochure/Notifications/Notices issued by the Board from time to time in this regard
