The Greatest Sex Scandal in India

A sex scandal has erupted in India which is flying all around the country–in headliners of many newspapers, on TV, on the social media, and is being discussed.

The Greatest Sex Scandal in India - Prajwal Revanna

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCgkZD3cLLQ&pp=ygUVcHJhandhbCByZXZhbm5hIHZpZGVv

Briefly, the scandal relates to Prajwal Revanna, the 33 year old grandson of HD Deve Gowda, a 91 year old former Indian Prime Minister and leader of the JDS ( Janta Dal Secular ), a regional political party in the State of Karnataka, which is presently in alliance with the BJP. Prajwal’s father HD Revanna is a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly and former Minister. His uncle HD Kumarswamy is a former Chief Minister of the state.

Prajwal is presently a sitting member of the Lok Sabha ( the lower house of the Indian parliament ), and he is again contesting in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections from his family’s home seat of Hassan.

The election in Hassan was held on 26th April. A few days before the election, a large number of identical pen drives were thrown overnight by unknown persons all over Hassan– in bus stations, railway stations, bazaars, tea stalls, streets, garbage dumps, homes of people, etc.

These pen drives contain 2976 videos showing Prajwal sexually assaulting hundreds of women, including panchayat members, police women, government employees, housewives, etc. Many of these videos are disgusting, lecherous and obscene.  Women can be seen tearfully pleading to be let go, but none dared to report it to the police for fear of their lives ( as Prajwal’s family was very rich and powerful ) or for fear of dishonour. The background in many of these videos is a store room in Prajwal’s house, and his clothes which he often wears can be seen.

It seems Prajwal himself recorded many of these videos, while some were recorded by an assistant.

The Chairperson of the Karnataka State Commission for Women has called it the greatest sex scandal in India.

Despite widespread circulation of these videos a few days before the election on 26th April, Prajwal went around brazenly campaigning and asking for votes till the 25th April, but he disappeared thereafter, and he is reported to have fled to Germany.

Subsequently, a maid of Prajwal gathered courage and filed an FIR ( first information report ) before the police. She had been repeatedly raped by Prajwal, but being poor and helpless remained silent about it, but when Prajwal tried to sexually assault her daughter too this was too much for her to bear.

Thereafter more women came forward and filed FIRs. A former member of a panchayat alleged that she was offered several allurements by Prajwal to have sex with him, but when she refused, he threatened to shoot her. He raped her repeatedly for 3 years. Other women complained of blackmail by Prajwal, who threatened to leak their pictures in lewd state unless they surrendered to his demands. Daily new allegations are coming in in this connection.

One woman complained to Prajwal’s father HD Revanna about Prajwal’s misdeeds, but instead of reprimanding his son he too allegedly sexually assaulted her.

Who distributed these pen drives ( which can be seen on the social media ) ? The most common belief is that it was Prajwal’s estranged ex driver Kartik, while some attribute it to a political rival G Devraj Gowda, a member of the BJP.

A SIT ( special investigation team ) has been set up by the Karnataka Government to investigate the scandal.

Apart from the specific facts of the case, the more significant thing is that it shows how politicians in India can get away with the most horrendous and outrageous crimes with impunity. Now many people are saying that Prajwal’s lascivious, lustful, and perverted nature was widely known in Hassan, but no one dared to speak publicly about it for fear of his family’s retribution. Had it not been for the revelation by the pen drive, he too may have got away with it.

G Devraj Gowda, to whom Kartik allegedly gave the pen drive, said he wrote to the BJP higher ups in Bangalore and Delhi about it, but they remained mum. This reflects adversely on the BJP which had waxed eloquent on their theme ‘beti bachao, beti padhao‘, but Prime Minister Modi was often seen in videos with Prajwal and his entire family, and canvassed for him

This incident, and the recent Electoral Bonds scam, have removed the last fig leaf from the body of Indian politics

  • How I united the Indian politicians

How I united the Indian politicians

In 2015 a Muslim Mohd Ikhlaq was lynched in a village near Dadri, Gautam Buddhanagar district, UP by a mob for allegedly eating beef.

    images 42 1

In this connection a panel discussion was organised by the well known TV journalist Barkha Dutt on NDTV channel, to which I was also invited.

Among other participants in the panel discussion were 4 politicians, namely Sanjeev Balyan and Sudhanshu Mittal of the BJP, Naved Siddiqui of the Samajwadi Party, and one member of the Congress.

These politicians were asked to speak first, and they started shouting and quarreling with each other angrily.

Later, when I was asked to speak, I said ” Barkha, this country is passing through very bad times. All our politicians of all parties are a set of rogues and rascals, who should have been hanged a long time back ”.

The moment I said this it united the politicians, who were till now at loggerheads.

Barkha said I was doing loose talk, and added how could I say that politicians should be hanged when the Supreme Court had said that death penalty should only be given in ‘rarest of rare’ cases ?

I replied that these politicians polarise society and incite caste and religious hatred for securing their vote banks, even if the country goes to hell. They have no genuine love for the country. So don’t they deserve to be hanged ?

Sanjeev Balyan interrupted me when I was speaking ( though I had never interrupted him when he was speaking ), and called me an idiot,

Naved Siddique said I was giving a ‘Talibani haq’, and asked me how could I say what I said ?

I replied that I said it because it was because you politicians incite hatred and make people fight with each other on the basis of caste and religion. You only care for your vote banks, even if the country goes to ‘jahannum’ ( hell ), and I repeated that you politicians have no real love for the people.

Later, Naved Siddique said that I have called politicians idiots. I replied that you are not idiots. you are very cunning people, the reverse of idiots. For your vote banks you can take the country to hell.

At the end Sudhanshu Mittal called me a criminal because I ate beef, and waved some paper. I would have liked to tell him that I eat beef only where legally permitted, e.g. in Kerala, Goa, the north east or in USA, but I thought it better to remain silent in the heated atmosphere.

The interesting and somewhat amusing thing in this episode was that these crooks ( our politicians ), who are otherwise often quarrelling with each other, quickly unite when faced with a frontal attack on their whole gang.

  • Kejriwal’s plight

    Kejriwal’s plight

    Poor, poor, Arvind Kejriwal.

Justice Katju: Kejriwal's Arrest Triggers Democracy Debate in India

Ever since he was arrested on 21st March in connection with the massive liquor scam he was expecting millions of people to turn out in protest by holding massive demonstrations in the streets of India, particularly in Delhi. But no one seemed to be interested. No one is happy at the prospect of becoming a shaheed (  martyr ) for this modern ‘Stalin’ ( I call him that as he has said in his message delivered through his wife Sunita ” Aapka bhai lohe ka bana hai ” ), who has since long departed from all his professed principles of integrity, etc

In the above message of 23rd March Kejriwal appealed to people to go to temples to pray for him. None did. They preferred celebrating Holi with gusto ( despite appeals by AAP leaders not to celebrate it ).

In his message Kejriwal also said ” ” Whether inside or outside, every moment of my life is dedicated to serving the country. Every drop of my blood is dedicated to the country,”

This was laughable. The public has understood by now, after bitter experience, that every moment of Kejriwal’s life is dedicated not to serving the people, but to his idea how he can remain in power by hook or crook, and even become Prime Minister one day, for which he regards himself fully deserving. He has mastered the art of Machiavellian ‘realpolitik’.

Even Anna Hazare, on whose ‘imaandaari’ movement Kejriwal rode piggy back, now condemns him.

Kejriwal added in his message that no bar could keep him inside, and he would soon return. He probably imagines he is a Lord Krishna, who after his birth was miraculously taken out of the jail of his mama Kansa. Or perhaps he believes that the jail walls will be stormed and he will be rescued by a huge crowd, like the revolutionaries who stormed the Bastille in Paris on 14th July 1789.

None of that will happen. Kejriwal seems to be in for the long haul

But here is a suggestion for AAP leaders and members who want Kejriwal to be released soon :

When I was a lawyer in Allahabad High Court, and there was a threat that a Meerut Bench of the High Court may be created ( thus drastically reducing our incomes, since Western UP districts were relatively affluent compared to eastern UP districts, and its people good paymasters ), we lawyers of the High Court went on a long strike.

Among the things we lawyers did was to dig a huge ‘agnikund’ ( pit of fire ) inside the High Court premises, into which we threw a lot of wood, set it on fire, and when the flames were leaping high, threatened to collectively jump into it, like a ‘jauhar’ committed by the women of Chittorgarh.

This did the trick, and the government, frightened out of its wits, announced that it had withdrawn the proposal to create a Bench.

I am sure Kejriwal will be released soon after AAP folk do the same ( but I advise them not to actully jump into the bonfire, only keep giving threats ).

  • One cannot murder a ghost

    One cannot murder a ghost

The Aam Aadmi Party has called the arrest of its leader, Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister of Delhi, as the murder of democracy in India

Justice Katju: Kejriwal's Arrest Triggers Democracy Debate in India
    Delhi Chief Minister: Arvind Kejariwal

AAP leaders have called for a nationwide protest against it, and some protests have taken place

Opposition leaders, such as Rahul Gandhi, Sharad Pawar, Mamata Banerji, Akhilesh Yadav, Shashi Tharoor, etc, and a section of the media too are shouting themselves hoarse that arrest of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal amounts to murder of democracy in India

I am not going into the merits of the charges against Kejriwal, which principally relate to a massive liquor scam

However, in my opinion the question whether democracy has been murdered in India or not by this arrest arises only if we presuppose that there was democracy in India in the first place at all, or just a charade or a sham pretending to be democracy.

As defined by US President Lincoln, democracy means government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

Modern democracies cannot be government of the people. That was only possible in ancient times e.g. in Greek city states like Athens, where there was direct democracy. With the growth in population people cannot gather together in one forum and rule themselves. So it has to be a representative democracy.

As for government by the people, this implies that even if there is indirect or representative democracy, the leaders really represent the people, and hence can be equated or identified with the people, not just in the sense of being elected by them, but by working for their welfare, and securing them better lives.

Does this happen in India ? Not at all. Our political leaders only seek power and pelf, and do not have any genuine love for the people, nor really care for their welfare. To achieve power they polarise society on caste and religious lines, seeking vote banks, for which they incite and spread hatred, an activity in which they are experts.

Is our ‘democracy’ for the people ? Again, the answer has to be in the negative. As stated above, our politicians work for themselves, or their kith and kin, not for the welfare of the people. This is evident from the fact that even 77 years after Independence, there is massive poverty, record and rising unemployment, appalling level of child malnourishment ( every second child in India is malnourished, according to Global Hunger Index ), skyrocketing prices of essential commodities like food, fuel and medicines, almost total lack of proper healthcare and good education for the masses, atrocities on minorities, etc.

  • All Our Politicians are Panautis

    All Our Politicians are Panautis

Rahul Gandhi has called Prime Minister Modi a ‘panauti’ ( ill omen, inauspicious, or ‘ashubh’ ) and a pickpocket.

    All Our Politicians are Panauti
    Rahul Gandhi

But I would expand that statement.

All Indian politicians are panautis and pickpockets. They only seek power and pelf, and have no genuine love for the people’s welfare. They are mostly selfish rogues, rascals, looters, deceivers, and mafia type bandits, who have taken India to the verge of ruin.

    https://indicanews.com/justice-markandey-katju-the-truth-behind-indias-explosive-gdp-growth/

In fact the worst panauti in our country is our parliamentary democracy and electoral politics, which runs largely on the basis of caste and religious vote banks ( as everyone knows ). Casteism and communalism are feudal forces, which have to be destroyed if India is to progress, but Parliamentary Democracy further entrenches them, as it largely runs on that basis.

    https://indicanews.com/justice-markandey-katju-the-superficiality-and-inanity-of-prof-tarunabh-khaitan/

Is Rahul Gandhi any less a panauti, a man who has only his arrogance of belonging to India’s ‘royal family’, but  has nothing in his head about how to solve India’s huge problems of massive poverty, record and rising unemployment, appalling level of child malnourishment ( every second child in the country is malnourished, according to Global Hunger Index ), and almost total lack of proper healthcare and good education for the masses ? And are any other of our politicians, who only have expertise in polarising the people, and spreading caste and communal hatred, any different ? They no doubt make a lot of tall promises to the people before elections, only to be forgotten once the elections are over.

    https://byjus.com/free-ias-prep/global-hunger-index/

Parliamentary elections of 2024 are fast approaching, and the BJP will no doubt step up religious polarisation. But our ‘secular’ parties will not be left far behind.

Nitish Kumar, who like the French politician Talleyrand kept changing sides, depending on which way the political wind was blowing, has played his gambit of the caste census, with an eye on the backward votes, and many of the other ‘secular’ parties have supported the move.

Owaisi is just the counterpart of the BJP, playing the Muslim card.

So what is the way out of this predicament for the Indian people ? I have explained in the articles below that the only way out is by waging a mighty, historical, united people’s struggle, rising above caste and religion, led by modern minded leaders, who are determined to create an alternative political and social system under which there is rapid industrialisation and modernisation, and all Indians get a high standard of living and decent lives.

  • MP Mahua Moitra Faces Allegations of Unethical Conduct in Cash-for-Query Scandal

MP Mahua Moitra Faces Allegations of Unethical Conduct in Cash-for-Query Scandal

The lady doth protest too much, methinks” is a line from the play Hamlet by William Shakespeare. It is spoken by Queen Gertrude in response to the insincere overacting of a character in the play to prove Hamlet’s uncle’s guilt in the murder of his father, the King of Denmark.

The phrase is used in everyday speech to indicate doubt of someone’s sincerity, especially regarding the truth of a strong denial.

This line accurately describes TMC MP Mahua Moitra who is accused in a cash for query scandal for asking questions in Parliament to benefit a businessman Darshan Hiranandani, who was a business rival of Gautam Adani, against whom she asked 50 questions.

Mahua Moitra allegedly received numerous costly gifts from Hiranandani for this.

    https://keralakaumudi.com/en/news/mobile/news.php?id=1173778&u=bribe-to-raise-question-in-parliament-ex-partner-with-list-of-luxury-items-acquired-by-mahua-moitra-1173778

    https://www.news18.com/opinion/opinion-look-beyond-the-stilettos-and-gucci-bag-allegations-against-mahua-moitra-cast-a-shadow-over-the-holiest-pact-in-a-democracy-8627034.html

When summoned by the Ethics Committee of the Indian Parliament Ms Moitra appeared, but later stormed out of the meeting shouting and screaming that she had been asked ‘filthy questions’ and playing the victim card. Evidently she subscribes to the the dictum that the best defence is offence. But this seemed just a drama and charade, by a person having a long history of theatrics and grandstanding, to avoid answering relevant, but uncomfortable, questions.

The allegations against her were that she had a connection with Darshan Hirananandani from she allegedly received many costly gifts and other favours ( like paying for her frequent foreign travels ), and with whom she had shared her parliamentary login account and email password. How was it unethical to ask her how many times she had travelled to Dubai to meet Hiranandani, and to other foreign countries, and on what dates ? How was it ‘Draupadi’s cheer haran’ as alleged by BSP MP Danish Ali ? How was it rude, ‘behuda’ and ‘besharam’ to ask such questions?

Mahua Moitra was asked questions as to who funded her foreign travels, etc. What was wrong in that ?

It has been revealed that Mahua Moitra’s Lok Sabha portal was logged in 47 times from Dubai, where Hiranandani lives, and who has now given an affidavit supporting the complainant Nishikant Dubey..

    https://m.timesofindia.com/india/cash-for-query-row-47-log-ins-to-mahua-moitras-parliamentary-account-from-dubai/articleshow/104891666.cms

One can understand an MP sharing his/her parliamentary login account and password with a secretary, PA, or intern. But why should he/she share them with a businessman unless it is for some material benefits ?
” Something is rotten in the state of Denmark ”, said Shakspeare in Hamlet. And something seems rotten in this whole episode.

  • The DMK has assured BJP victory in 2024

The DMK has assured BJP victory in 2024

I had earlier thought that the BJP will have to somehow whip up communal hatred and instigate communal riots to win the 2024 lok sabha elections.

But now I think that it is unnecessary. The DMK, a coalition partner of the INDIA opposition alliance, has ensured victory for the BJP, without the latter doing anything.

Udayanidhi Stalin, Minister in the ruling DMK state govt in Tamilnadu, and son of the Chief Minister MK Stalin, called Sanatan Dharma ( which most Hindus regard synonymous with Hinduism ) as a disease like dengue, malaria or covid, which must be eradicated, and far from expressing any regret he has repeatedly said that he stands by his statement.

Udayanidhi’s father, Chief Minister MK Stalin, has supported his son

Now, another DMK leader A. Raja, who is a former Union Minister, has gone further, and called Sanatan Dharma a disease like HIV or leprosy.

None of the opposition leaders have condemned this statement, though some have said that they don’t subscribe to it. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has not even commented on it

80% of India’s population is Hindu, and, as already mentioned before, most Hindus equate Sanatan Dharma with Hinduism, and they have been deeply hurt by Udayanidhi’s statement

262 eminent people have written a letter to CJI Chandrachud asking for suo motu action against Udayanidhi

Since the DMK is part of the opposition alliance INDIA, and since the latter have not condemned Udayanidhi’s remark, all hopes of the opposition defeating the BJP in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections, which were already doubtful, have now been dashed and are now buried.

When the opposition has a friend like the DMK, the BJP needs no enemy. Udayanidhi Stalin’s and Raja’s speeches have put a nail in INDIA’s coffin, and sunk the INDIA alliance, like the iceberg which sank the Titanic.

The BJP need to do nothing now to win the coming Lok Sabha elections. The opposition has ensured it.

  • The pathetic state of India’s opposition parties

The pathetic state of India’s opposition parties

The strong objection by the Congress and other opposition parties in India to use of the word Bharat instead of India in the invitations to dinner by the President of India to foreign leaders attending the G 20 Summit, shows the pathetic state of India’s opposition, and is really much ado about nothing.

    https://www.indiatoday.in/india/story/under-assault-jairam-ramesh-sees-red-over-president-of-bharat-on-g20-invite-2431111-2023-09-05

    https://www.reuters.com/world/india/india-or-bharat-presidents-g20-dinner-invitation-sparks-name-change-row-2023-09-05/

Article 1 of the Indian Constitution states :

” India, that is Bharat, shall be a union of states ”.

Thus, the word Bharat has been used in the Indian Constitution and is not foreign to it, and one can use either the word India or Bharat at one’s option. So what is all the fuss about ?

Moreover, as I have repeatedly said, the test of every political activity is whether it raises the standard of living of the people, and gives them better lives. How does it affect the lives of the Indian people whether the country is called India or Bharat ? So the issue is really irrelevant.

The opposition parties, in raising such issues, appear more and more like a drowning man clutching at a straw.

Their alliance INDIA appears to be still born, with no announcement of a leader of the alliance or even of the Core Committee constituted by it in its recent Mumbai meeting, nor even the date of its next meeting. I have called the alliance a stunt

The alliance is totally confused over the recent statement of Tamilnadu Minister Udayanidhi Stalin who called Sanatan Dharma a disease which had to be eradicated. Some of its members have disassociated themselves from this statement, but none have condemned it, and Rahul Gandhi has not even referred to it.

With 80% of India’s population being Hindu, and most Hindus regarding Sanatan Dharma and Hinduism as synonymous, I dont see how the opposition can even retain the present number of its seats in the Lok Sabha after the 2024 parliamentary elections.

  • BJP Embarks on “Jan Ashirwad Yatra” to Connect with Voters Ahead of Key Elections

BJP Embarks on “Jan Ashirwad Yatra” to Connect with Voters Ahead of Key Elections

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced the launch of its “Jan Ashirwad Yatra,” a grand outreach campaign aimed at connecting with voters ahead of crucial state and national elections. The yatra, which translates to “People’s Blessing Journey,” is set to cover extensive ground across the country and is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the party’s electoral strategies.

    Connecting with the Masses:

The Jan Ashirwad Yatra is not just a campaign; it’s a comprehensive effort to understand the aspirations and concerns of the people. The BJP aims to bridge the gap between its leadership and the electorate by listening to their needs and expectations.

    State and National Significance:

This yatra gains particular significance as several states, including Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Goa, are gearing up for state assembly elections. Additionally, the 2024 general elections loom on the horizon, making it imperative for political parties to establish strong grassroots connections.

    Key Highlights:

    1. Massive Outreach: The BJP plans to reach out to millions of citizens across different states through this yatra, ensuring that its message and achievements are effectively communicated.
    2. Strengthening the Base: The yatra is not limited to election campaigning; it also focuses on strengthening the party’s organizational structure at the grassroots level.
    3. COVID-19 Safety Measures: In light of the ongoing pandemic, strict COVID-19 safety protocols will be observed during all yatra events to ensure the health and well-being of attendees.
    4. Prominent Party Figures: Senior leaders of the BJP, including national and state-level politicians, will be actively participating in the yatra, addressing public gatherings and interacting with the electorate.

    Words from Party Leaders:

    • BJP President [Name] stated, “The Jan Ashirwad Yatra is an opportunity for us to connect with every Indian, understand their dreams, and assure them that their aspirations are our top priority.”
    • [Prominent BJP Leader], a key figure in the yatra’s planning, emphasized, “We are committed to a strong and prosperous India, and this yatra is a testament to our dedication to serve the nation.”

Despite everything BJP will still win in 2024

    By Justice Katju
    R. Nagaraj is an eminent Indian economist, who is a former Professor in the Indira Gandhi Indian Institute of Development Research, Mumbai, and presently Visiting Professor in the Centre of Development Studies, Trivandrum.

He has said that despite all tall claims that India has the fastest growing economy in the world and that in a few years it will be the world’s third largest economy, the truth is that India has not experienced such an economic downturn over the past 7 decades as it is currently experiencing, though the seriousness of this downturn does not find place in the minds of its policy makers and the public.

He further says that India is currently stuck in the trap of growing unemployment. Indian rulers said that they will create 100 million jobs, but the truth is that India has lost 23 million jobs in 2017-2021. An example of the level of unemployment is that in 2019 12.5 million indians applied for 3500 railway jobs.

Vietnam, with a population of 100 million people, exports the same value of manufactured goods as India, which has a population of 1400 million. Bangladesh is also doing far better than India.

Something similar has been said by Dr Parakala Prabhakar, who holds a Ph.D from the London School of Economics. He has said that the BJP Govt has made a mess of the Indian economy, and has referred in his book ‘The Crooked Timber of New india’ to the Oxfam Report, increasing inequality, rural distress, inflation and increasing pauperisation in india

I have said the same in the article below

Alice in the Wonderland that is India: Justice Katju

However, despite all this, I believe that the BJP will still win the Parliamentary elections in 2024, and I may give my reasons.

Although the Indian Constitution declares india to be a secular country, the ground reality is very different. After all, the Constitution is just a piece of paper, and writing something in it does not change the ground realities.

It must be understood that secularism is a feature of an industrialised society ( as in Western countries ), while india is still largely semi-feudal ( as is evident from the rampant casteism and communalism which prevails here ).

Most Hindus in India are communal, and so are most Muslims.

It is not that communalism suddenly emerged in India in 2014 after the BJP victory. It was there even before 2014, but to some extent it was kept in check because Congress and the other ‘secular’ parties sought the large Muslim vote bank, and therefore had to give some protection to Muslims.
BJP does not get Muslim votes, and so it skilfully manipulates the communal feelings which lie beneath the surface in Indian society.

    So communalism, which
was lying latent and to some extent checked before 2014, has thereafter become open, virulent and aggressive. Despite its slogan of ‘sabka saath sabka vikaas’, atrocities are often committed on Muslims, and they are often victimised and discriminated against

Since about 80% Indians are Hindus this fact benefits the BJP which claims to represent the Hindus.

Of course Hindus are ordinarly divided on caste basis, but when communal feelings are aroused they tend to unite against what they perceive to be the common enemy viz Muslims ( as it happened during the Ram Janmabhoomi agitation ).

After 2014 there has been considerable religious polarisation in Indian society, and many Indian institutions have become ‘saffronised’.

As the 2024 parliamentary elections approach communal incidents will be skilfully stage managed, and this has already been witnessed in Manipur and Haryana. My own guess is that a few months before the elections they will reach such a high pitch that most Hindus will combine as against the Muslims.

There may also be a short war against Pakistan, or a few ‘surgical’ strikes ( this strategy was also utilised by the Congress in 1962 by invading Goa and then declaring elections, in which it scored a thumping victory ).
BJP gets its support not from its performance but from its Hindu identity.

As the elections approach, the agitations against the Gyanvapi mosque in Varanasi and the Shahi Masjid in Mathura ( as well as other places ) will be stepped up, and communal riots break out in many parts, to create a communal frenzy in India, which will
ensure BJP victory in the polls..
