The Link for the downloading of Admit Cards for the post of Accounts Assistant Finance has been made live and is available on the official website www.jkssb.nic.in. A total of 80432 number of Admit Cards have been downloaded by the Candidates in the first 24 hours. However, the Board has received few representations regarding, Application ID not being available with the candidates. The Board has already provided the FORGOT APPLICATION ID Option for addressing the issue.
The following procedure shall be followed by such Candidates to retrieve the Application ID:
1. Visit the Official Website ( jkssb.nic.in ) 2. Click on the Link for Downloading Of Admit Cards. 3. Select Accounts Assistant in the Drop-Down Menu. 4. Click on FORGOT APPLICATION ID Option. 5. Select Accounts Assistant in the Drop-Down Menu. 6. Enter Father’s Name and Date of Birth in YYYYMMDD Format. 7. Click on SUBMIT. 8. Application ID will be displayed on the Screen

Selection of candidates for the post of Junior Assistant in the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service, advertised vide Notification

Consequent upon non joining of candidates/non-submission of verification rolls by candidates of the selection/ waiting list within the stipulated time period, recommendations made by J&K Service Selection Board communicated vide their letter No. SSB/Secy/Se1/2021/7046-53 dated 14.10.2021 read with Administrative Department’s letter referred to above and subsequent receipt of satisfactory Character/Antecedents verification report from Criminal Investigation Department J&K vide letters referred to above, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of Six (06) candidates of the waiting list as detailed in the annexure to this order as Depot Assistant Multitasking Staff carrying substantive pay level of Rs.14800-47100 (SL-1) under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants and Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandits
The appointment of the appointees shall be subject to the following conditions :
a. That the emoluments of the appointee shall be governed under S.O 194 dated 17.06.2020 as extended vide government order No. 586 JK GAD of 2021 dated 17.07.2021.
b. That the appointee shall give an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit to the effect that if on verification, genuineness of the qualification, migrant, domicile and category (if any) certificates from the concerned issuing authority are found fake/forged, the claim of the appointee for appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled abi-initio.
c. The salary of the appointee shall be drawn and disbursed by the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officer after receipt of satisfactory report in respect of documents as mentioned at (b).
d. The interse-seniority of the appointee shall be as per the list as communicated by J&K Service Selection Board.
e. The appointment and other terms and conditions shall be dated 30.12.2009 issued by Revenue Department.
f. The appointment of the candidate shall be governed by the vide SRO-400 of 2009 dated 24.12.2009.
g. The appointment is subject to the outcome of any writ petitions (s) if any pending before of competent jurisdiction.
The appointee shall report to the Assistant Directors – Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir as shown against each and shall be allowed to join only on production of the following documents/ certificates (in original) wherever applicable to be verified subsequently:-
1. Academic Qualification Certificate(s).
2. Date of Birth Certificate.
3. Domicile Certificate.
4. Health Certificate from the concerned Chief Medical Officer.
5. No loan certificate under Self Employment Scheme from DIC concerned and Employment Department.
In case the appointee fails to join within a period of 21 (twenty one) days from the date of issuance of this order, he/she shall forfeit his/her right and his/her appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio without any further notice as per Circular No. 08- JK(GAD) of 2019 dated 04-12-2019 issued by General Administration Department

JKSSB Admit Card Download for Accounts Assistant Posts
Issuance of Admit Cards to the candidates for Computer Based Written Test (CBT) scheduled to be held w.e.f 16.03.2023 to 01.04.2023, for the post of Accounts Assistant (Finance), advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2020, under item No. 106.
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is conducting the Computer Based Written Test (CBT) Examination for the post of Accounts Assistant (Finance Department) as per the following details:-
City Intimation / Level-1 Admit Cards for the candidates, whose examination(s) is/are scheduled w.e.f. 16.03.2023 to 01.04.2023 shall be hosted on JKSSB’s official website (www.jkssb.nic.in) w.e.f. 09.03.2023 (04.00 PM) to 12.03.2023. This Admit Card is issued only to inform the candidates about the Exam City, Exam Date and Exam Time for the candidate
Final / Level-2 Admit Card would be released three (03) days prior to the exam date(s), depicting the Name and Address of Exam Centre and can be downloaded from JKSSB’s official website (www.jkssb.nic.in) at that time.
Candidates can download their Admit Cards from the website using their Application ID and Date of Birth. They must read the instructions contained therein, carefully.
In case of any difficulty in downloading / issues related to Admit Card, candidate(s) may contact the JKSSB Help-Desk at 0191-2461335 (Jammu) / 0194-2435089 (Srinagar) or write to JKSSB at [email protected] Help-Desk will activate on 09.03.2023 to 01.04.2023 during office hours.
The candidature of candidates claiming eligibility by misrepresentation/concealment of any material facts, impersonation, fraud, etc. shall be liable for cancellation and disciplinary action, as deemed appropriate.
The Board reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate at any stage at which he/she is found ineligible
The candidates are intimated that there shall be negative marking for wrong answers (1/4th of allotted marks for each wrong answer) attempted in the said examinations. The detailed criteria of
