Jammu University applications are invited for Admission to the Two Year Full Time Master of Business Administration in (Tourism & Travel Management), MBA-TTM in the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (SHTM), Faculty of Business Studies, University of Jammu, Jammu commencing July/August 2023.
Eligibility:
A Bachelor’s Degree of 10+2+3 pattern in any discipline or any other equivalent qualification with not less than 50% of the aggregate marks
OR
a pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants; Cost and Work Accountants; Company Secretaries
OR
A.M.I.E (Engineering) with at least 50% of the aggregate number of marks (40% for SC/ST candidates). Notwithstanding anything contained in the Statutes, a candidate who has appeared
OR
is appearing in the final year of the Qualifying Examination in 2023 is also eligible to apply provisionally.
Admission Procedure: Selection for admission to the MBA-TTM Course shall be made on the basis of (a) the Written Entrance Test i.e. the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs or the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) administered by AIMA or Common University Entrance Test conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) (b) Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
The admission shall be made on the basis of CAT 2022 in the first instance. If the seats remain vacant then the seats shall be filled during the AIMA-MAT score of September 2022/ December 2022/ February 2023/ May 2023

Master’s in Applied Epidemiology MAE Admission Notice for Field Epidemiology Training.
The India EIS programme is a competency-based two-year field epidemiology training. The programme is modelled after the EIS programme of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The EIS Programme leads to a Master’s in Applied Epidemiology (MAE) degree from H.N.B Medical Education University, Uttarakhand.
Eligibility Criteria
1. MD (Public Health/ Preventive and Social Medicine/Community Medicine) OR
MD (Clinical or Para-Clinical) with 2 years’ experience (Service) OR
MBBS with a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical, Para-clinical, or Public Health with 3 years of public health experience from any recognized institution OR
MBBS from any recognized institution with five years minimum work experience in public health.
2. Age: Not exceeding 45 years as of the last date of application.
State-sponsored candidates
Government-sponsored candidates should be regular employee working in Central or State Government/autonomous bodies/ medical colleges/ PSUs and nominated by the State/organization.
Self-sponsored candidates
Self-sponsored candidates do not require nominations. They can apply directly if fulfilling the eligibility criteria.

Admission Open in Handloom and Textile Technology (DHTT)
Applications are invited on prescribed format (as per Annexure -1) for selection of candidates for admission to First Year Diploma In Handloom and Textile Technology (DHTT) programme and Direct Second Year of Three Years Diploma in Handloom & Textile Technology programme under Lateral Entry for the academic session 2023-24, at the Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Varanasi. The eligibility criteria and other details for admission to the Diploma Programme in Handloom & Textile Technology (DHTT) are given as under :
The candidates will undergo bridge courses for mathematics, Physics and Chemistry offered by IIHT, as per the guidelines.
Note :
In case of the Board having system of grading in 10th/ 12th Examination, the candidates must endorse the proof of details of marks with their applications form to enable the selection committee to prepare merit list which is prepared on the basis of marks secured.
Age Limit :
The maximum age limit for the candidates belongs to all candidates belongs to all categories except SC/ST is 23 years for first year and 25 years for direct 2nd year. In respect of SC/ST candidates the maximum age limit is 25 years for 1st Year and 27 Years for direct 2nd year as on 01st July 2023.
Application complete in all respect along with self attested copies of requisite document shall be submitted in the Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Jammu 3rd Floor, JLN Udhyog Bhawan, Rail Head Complex, Jammu 180011 or in the Office of Assistant Director Handloom of respective districts by or before 31/05/2023. Self attested Document to be attached with Form :
1. Copy of Educational Qualification Certificates.
2. Copy of Matriculation Certificate as DOB proof.
3. Copy of Domicile Certificate.
4. Copy of Aadhar Card.
5. Copy of Reservation Category Certificate, (if any)*
Any other relevant document.
No TA / DA will be given to candidates for attending the counseling at Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Varanasi.

Archery, Equestrian, Handball, Rowing, Roller/Ice Skating. Skiing, Squash, Billiards & Snooker, Chess, Golf. Kabaddi, Karate, Kovaking & Canoeing, Polo, Power lifting, Taekwondo, Yachting. Kho-Kho, Body Rilding Ball Badminton, Bridge, Tenni-Koit, Carrom, Softbal, Wushu, Sport Climbing. Thang- Ta, Base-Ball, and all other games falling within the purview of Indian Olympic Association and/or recognized by the Government of India.
The other terms & conditions as enclosed with the Application Form will also be applicable for determining the eliqibility of the candidates for grant of sports category weightage.
