JKBOSE 10th 12th Date Sheet 2023: The Jammu & Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) is expected to release JKBOSE Class 10th 12th Date Sheet 2023 anytime soon. For JKBOSE Class 10 to 12 board exams, Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education will release a subject-wise date sheet between February 9 to Feb 15, tentatively.
Students must note that the JKBOSE Date Sheet 2023 for Class 10, 12 will be issued on the official website, i.e. jkbose.nic.in.
According to the latest updates The exams for class 10th, 11th and 12th will start from March 4 and the date sheet will be issued 15 days prior to the exams, Joint Secretary Administration, Aijaz Ahmad Hakak told a local media house. As the subject-wise date-sheet will be released this month, he said that the arrangements for the exam are in place. “The date-sheet is being finalized. The arrangements will also be made,” he said.

JK Board 10th Exam Day Instructions
Carry JKBOSE 10th admit card, pen and other stationery to the exam hall.

Do not carry any electronic gadgets like mobile phone, calculator, headphones, etc. to the exam hall as these are not allowed in the exam hall.

Poonch, Feb 09 (KNO) A Government teacher posted in Middle School Dhargaloon of Mendhar sub division in Poonch has been placed under suspension over alleged misbehave with girl students of school.

The teacher (name withheld) is posted in Government Middle School Dhargaloon.
According to news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), in a written order by Zonal Education Officer Balakote, it has been mentioned that at around 12:30 PM, a visit was paid to the school when visiting team heard crying of minor girls.
“Observing the facts of the matter it was established that the teacher committees offence which is punishable under rule.” order of Zonal Education Officer Balakote mentions.
Keeping in view the serious nature of matter, Zonal Education Officer said that the accused teacher is placed under suspicion with immediate effect and he has been directed to report to the office of Deputy Chief Education Officer till pending enquiry against him.
Meanwhile, a police complaint has also been submitted by the parents of both the minor girl students and teacher has been detained—(KNO)

SBI Special Term Deposit Scheme Check Features and Benefits
This product is a variant of Term Deposits but instead of Interest being paid out at a regular frequency during the period of deposit; here it is paid out only at the time of maturity. Regular interest is added to the principal and compound interest calculated and paid thereon
Features
Minimum period of deposit – 6 Month
Maximum period of deposit- 10 Years
Available at all branches
Minimum deposit: Rs. 1,000/-, Maximum deposit: No upper Limit
A deposit of Rs. 2 crore and more is treated as bulk deposit
Interest on deposit is compounded quarterly and paid to depositor at the end of the term
Nomination available in favour of individual only
Term Deposit (together with interest) of Rs. 20000/- and above shall not be paid in cash.
Transferability allowed among our branches
TDS is applicable as per Income Tax Rules. Form 15G/H can be submitted by the depositor for exemption from tax deduction as per IT Rules.
Loan against deposit is allowed with applicable margin as under:

For Term Deposit up to Rs 5.00 lacs, the penalty for premature withdrawal will be 0.50% (all tenors).
For Term Deposits above Rs 5.00 lacs, applicable penalty will be 1% (all tenors).
The interest shall be 0.50% or 1% below the rate applicable at the time of Deposits for the period Deposit remained with the Bank or 0.50% or 1% below the contracted rate, whichever is lower.
However, no interest will be paid on Deposits which remain for a period of less than 7 days.

PURPOSE:

The finance under this scheme shall be available for purchase of an old car / jeep (not more than 5 years old) for personal use.

Eligibility:

i) Permanent employees of State/ Central Government, Semi-Government Undertakings, Autonomous bodies, Public Sector Undertakings, Private Companies or reputed establishments.
ii) Businessmen, Professionals and self employed individuals.
iii) Persons engaged in agriculture and allied activities.
iv) Net annual income of Rs.1.00 lacs and above.

Age Criteria:

Salaried Class	The applicant should be atleast 21 years old at the time of applicant and below 58 years of age at the time of maturity of the loan. * For Institutions, where retirement age is is 60 years, the upper age limit shall be 60 years.
For others	Above 21 years at the time of application but below 65 at the time of the loan’s maturity

Maximum Loan Amount:

i) 2.5 times of the net annual income or 15 lacs, whichever is lower. If married, the spouse’s income can also be considered provided the spouse guarantees the loan. Loan amount for used vehicles shall be subject to a maximum limit of 15 lacs.
ii) The number of vehicles to be sanctioned to a single borrower under Car Finance (Used) at any point of time should not exceed more than 2 vehicles subject to maximum prescribed limit of 15.00 lacs.

Margin:

i) 25% for vehicles having age less than 3 years.
ii) 30% for vehicles having age of 3 years and above up to 5 years.

Repayment period:

i) Maximum repayment period of 72 months for vehicles having age less than 3 years.
ii) Maximum repayment period of 48 months for vehicles having age of 3 years & above to 5 years.

Security:

i) Primary: Hypothecation of vehicle to be purchased.
ii) Collateral: Third Party Guarantee of two persons having sound financial net means good for the loan amount.
