All-rounder Shadab Khan has tied the knot with former cricketer Saqlain Mushtaq’s daughter in a private nikah ceremony.
Taking to Twitter on Monday, Khan announced his wedding with the daughter of current head coach of the national team. Meanwhile, Saqlain Mushtaq’s daughter has stayed away from the limelight and there is not much information available about here. Shadab Khan has also requested for their privacy.
In his tweet, Shadab wrote, “Salam everyone. Alhamdulilah, today was my Nikkah. I am becoming part of mentor Saqi (Saqlain Mushtaq) bhai’s family. When I started playing cricket, I wanted to keep my family life separate, my wife has asked for the same, she wants her life to remain private. I would kindly request everyone to respect her choice and our family’s choice. However, if you want to send salami, I will send an account number.”

Opening batter Imam-ul-Haq congratulated Shadab on his big day but with a quirky reply. “Many congratulations Shaddy. Worried for Bhabhi though, Allah Pak unko himmat dein. (May Allah give her strength),” Imam replied on Shadab’s post with a laughing emoji.
