He said that this company has been blacklisted in many states and recently in the last two months this blacklisted company has rigged many important national level exams including KVS, NVS, CTET etc. He said that the government has failed to ensure fair recruitment in Jammu and Kashmir. He said that most of the examinations conducted recently by Aptech company have been leaked, due to which cases have been registered in many states and the employees of this company have also been arrested at many places.
In such a situation, it is difficult for the candidates to trust this company. Justifying their demands, Kapoor demanded the government to fulfill all their demands soon.Kapoor asked why the government has re-hired a blacklisted company which is responsible for more than 10 recruitments held in different states.
