Provisional Selection List of the candidates for the post of Horticulture Technician Grade-IV in the Horticulture Department, advertised vide Notification No.05 of 2021 dated 22.09.2021, under Item Nos. 690 to 709.

Nos. 690 to 709, for seeking applications from the eligible candidates; and 198 Whereas, the requisite qualification for selection against these posts, as per the Indent, is as under: “10+2 with 01-year Basic Horticulture Training Passed from recognized Institute,
Whereas, one of the required eligibility conditions for these posts of
Horticulture Technician Grade-IV, Horticulture Department is one-year Diploma in
Horticulture from recognised institute. Among the candidates figuring in the
Provisional Selection List, some candidates have acquired/obtained the requisite
One-year Diploma in Horticulture from various Private Institutions located in and
outside J&K, whose recognition status is not forthcoming. In the Provisional List,
these cases have been kept withheld SO that the candidates are afforded an
opportunity to furnish requisite documents before taking a view on their
candidature. Further, the candidates who are in possession of higher qualification
i.e. Degree in various fields, have not been considered for selection as the requisite
