The following candidates who have been recommended by the J&K Service Selection Board for appointment to the post of Junior Assistant (advertised vide Notification Na 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, item No. 103 and 104), pursuant to letter No. JKSSB-PLAN/25/2022-03 dated 16.03.2023 are hereby directed to submit their e-mail IDs and Contact number (as per annexure’N) details in Tribal Affairs Department (e-mail ID tribalaffairsik@gmail.com) within a period of 21 days for uploading the same on the Employees Verification System (EVS), failing which it shall be presumed that he/she is not willing to take up his/her appointment as Junior Assistant in the Tribal Affairs Department and he/she shall forfeit the right of appointment without any further notice

WHEREAS, vide this office circular no. SE/O&M/CK/22-23/2801-08 dated. 05-12-2022, the tentative seniority list of one hundred forty four (142) Executive staff SL 1 (14800-47100) District Cadre Kishtwar, was issued by this office; and
WHEREAS, the Executive staff were regularized from 01-04-1994 up to 14-08-2019, the officials starts from Sh. Mohd. Latief Magray (S. No. 1) 01-04-1994 up to Sh. Suraj Singh (S No. 120) to 14-08-2019 are holding the posts of Executive Staff SL 1 (14800-47100) District Cadre Kishtwar on substantive basis and have been appropriately reflected in the final seniority list of Executive Staff SL 1 (14800-47100) District Cadre Kishtwar; and
WHEREAS, vide Circular No. SE/O&M/Ck/22-23/2801-08 dated. 05-12-2022, tentative seniority list of one hundred forty two (142) Executive staff SL1 (14800-47100) District Cadre Kishtwar was issued for inviting objections in the matter from the members of the service within the stipulated period of time. In response, no objections were received which were examined thoroughly viz-a-viz; with reference to the records available in the Establishment section, Circle
-Kishtwar PDD and the final seniority list of Executive staff SL1 (14800-47100) District Cadre Kishtwar has been prepared;
NOW THEREFORE, the final ‘Seniority List’ of Executive staff SL1 (14800-47100) District Cadre Kishtwar is hereby issued, as on 14/03/2023, forming Annexure to this order for information of all the concerned members of the service(s) which shall be subject to the final outcome of the Writ Petition(s), if any, pending consideration before any competent Court(s) of law
NOTES
i) The date(s) of birth recorded in the seniority list shall not be taken as authentic and shall be subject to further verification with reference to the service book and matriculation certificate(s) of the concerned member(s) of the service.
ii) The category status as mentioned against the name(s) of the members of the service in the seniority list shall also not be treated as authentic and shall be subject to further verification / validity of the same from the concerned issuing authorities.

All the Pahari speaking people of district Rajouri are hereby informed that admission process for girls of Pahari speaking students of class 6th for academic year 2023-2024 is going to be held against available vacancies. The Pahari speaking people who desire to seek admission of their wards in Girls Pahari Hostel Rajouri shall collect application form from the office of the warden Girls Pahari Hostel Rajouri w.e.f. 10th of March to 31st of March 2023 and submit their
application form along with three passport size photograph by or before 31st of March 2023 in the office of warden Girls Pahari Hostel Rajouri.
The screening test is based on 5th standard to be held on 6h of April 2023 at Girls Pahari Hostel Rajouri.

ADMISSION FOR SHORT-TERM SKILL TRAINING UNDER PMKVY 4.0
In pursuance to the letter issued by Directorate of Skill Development J&K letter NO:DSD/401/Trgs/2023/3308.48 dated:21-02-2023. Applications on prescribed Registration form are invited from the unemployed/school & college dropouts for admission to below mentioned job oriented short term course under Skill Hub Initiative (SHI) of Prime Minister Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY 4.0) scheme in Govt. ITI Reasi. The admission cum registration forms can be had from the office of the Superintendent Govt. ITI Reasi free of cost during working hrs. The application form duly completed along with the below mentioned self attested documents should be deposited in the office of Govt. ITI Reasi by or before 24-3-2023.
i) Marks certificate of 10″ pass.
ii) Date of birth certificate
iii) Copy of Aadhar card.
iv) Copy of bank pass book.
v) Three passport size photographs. vi) Category certificate if any.
Training programme Benefits :

Completely free of cost training .
NSQF placement linked courses.
PMKVY training kit shall be provided to the admitted candidates.
