Now Naib Tehsildar dismissed in ‘interest of security of state’


Srinagar, May 3 (GNS): After trainer from north Kashmir, the J&Okay authorities dismissed Naib Tehsildar (Revenue Officer) from providers in the ‘interest of the security of the state’, officers mentioned on Monday.

The authorities in an order issued right here mentioned that the Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, after contemplating the details and circumstances of the case, noticed that on the premise of the knowledge accessible, the actions of Nazir Ahmad Wani, Naib Tehsildar, Pulwama- II, are equivalent to to warrant his dismissal from service.

“The Lieutenant Governor is satisfied under sub-clause (c) of the proviso to clause (2) of Article 311 of the Constitution of India that in the interest of the security of the State, it is not expedient to hold an inquiry in the case of Nazir Ahmad Wani, Naib Tehsildar, Pulwama – II,” the order reads, a duplicate of which lies with GNS.

“Accordingly, the Lieutenant Governor hereby dismisses Nazir Ahmad Wani from service with immediate effect,” it mentioned.

The dismissal comes after the federal government on April 21 arrange a Special Task Force to determine and scrutinize the instances of workers concerned in any case associated to posing a risk to the nation’s security or anti-national actions.
