JMC and CSC e-Governance Services India Limited signed MoU with Digital Seva Portal (Department of Housing and Urban Development). The MoU was signed by JMC Commissioner Avani Lavasa (IAS). Joint Commissioner Pankaj Gupta, Joint Commissioner Hitesh Gupta and Informatics Officer Shahnawaz Rashid and others were present.

Citizens will be helped in applying online. The fee for providing online services to the citizens will be decided in consultation with the Jammu Municipal Corporation. The services provided by CSCs to the citizens would be the scanning of their documents and payment of fees in cash.

There will be no extra charges other than the prescribed fee. The payment gateway of CSC SPV will be integrated with Seva Plus Citizen portal for making fee payment and citizens will be able to avail online service through CSC.
