Even though there has been a decrease in corona infected cases in the last few days in Jammu and Kashmir, there has not been a satisfactory decline in the death rate. On an average 15 to 20 people are dying in the state every day. In Jammu and Kashmir, the number of infected cases once again decreased from one thousand to 906 on Friday, but 17 people died in the last 24 hours. In this, 9 deaths have occurred in Jammu division.
At present, the Kovid death rate in the state is running at 1.36 percent on the total infected cases, whereas fifteen days ago this rate was 1.35 percent. However, the recovery rate has improved a lot and currently the rate has reached 93 per cent. The relief is that hundreds of infected patients are getting cured every day in various hospitals of the state.
In the last 24 hours, 1 in GMC Jammu, 2 in GMC Rajori, 3 in GMC Doda, 1 in DH Reasi, 1 in home and home brought dead cases, 3 in SMHS, 4 in SMHS, 1 in Skims Sora, 1 in Skims JVC Bemina, 1 in GMC There has been 1 death in Anantnag.
So far, 1114 people have died due to Kovid in district Jammu in the state. There has been a decline in the infected cases in the district. On Friday, 53 infected cases were found in Jammu. Maximum 156 new infected cases were found in Srinagar. Out of the total infected cases found in the state, 20 are travelers. At present, the rate of active cases in the state is 5.75 percent.
1885 infected patients cured in the state
1885 infected patients have been cured in various hospitals of Jammu and Kashmir. In this, 712 patients have been cured from Jammu division and 1173 from Kashmir division. So far 284027 patients have been cured in the state.
Vaccination rate reached 75 percent in over 45 years
In Jammu and Kashmir, vaccination is not gaining momentum in the above 45 years (citizen) category. Srinagar and Kupwara districts are such, where even 50 percent of the vaccination symptoms have not been achieved. So far, 2952493 people have been vaccinated in the age group of 45 in the state. Whereas in total vaccination, 3604756 people have been vaccinated in health care work, frontline workers and 45 age group.
The age group of 18 to 44 years is also not gaining momentum due to 45 years of immunization not gaining momentum. The administration is busy in meeting the vaccination target for the first 45 years. Shopian, Ganderbal and district Jammu have claimed to have achieved 100% vaccination target in 45 years category only. On Friday, 13893 people in the age group of 45 years were vaccinated in the state.
