After the corona curfew in Jammu and Kashmir, now the process of unlocking has started. In such a situation, preparations are also going on to bring sports activities back on track. Nuzhat Gul, Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council held several meetings with representatives of various sports federations and discussed the sports events.
The football league to be held in the state was discussed with the representatives of Jammu and Kashmir Football Association. In this, the Secretary asked to prepare in advance for the league at the village and block level as well as to start preparing for the youth league for boys and girls. He said that the Sports Council is committed to promote sports.
The Secretary asked to organize coaching camps in Football, Water Sports, Soft Tennis, Table Tennis, Basketball, Cricket, Cycling, Badminton, Athletics, Roller Skating and Chess and the representatives of the respective Associations to give a detailed list of their activities within three days.
