The court took action for not giving money to the laborers even after five years. The judge said that the former MLA has not given money, so attach his property.

When this matter reached the court on Wednesday, Chief Judicial Magistrate Amarjeet Singh, while hearing it, gave an important decision on it. The court said that the eight appellants were to pay the money in five installments on April 25, 2016, but now it is 2021. This was decided in the talks with the workers. The judge said that the former MLA has not given money, so attach his property.

The court has asked the Deputy Commissioner to issue a warrant in this regard. If he deposits the money after the warrant is issued, the property will not be attached.
