Out of 500 beds in the hospital, 125 are ICU beds while the remaining 375 beds will have 24-hour oxygen facility.

After the inauguration of the 500-bed hospital built by DRDO in Jammu, now the ready-made DRDO Hospital in Khonmuh area of Srinagar is awaiting inauguration. Recently, LG Manoj Sinha visited the 500-bed DRDO hospital being built in Khonmuh and fixed the deadline to complete the work by June 5.
It was also said that from this day there will be a trial run of all the facilities. However, it has not been inaugurated yet. An official present in the hospital said that all the preparations have been completed in the hospital.
Out of 500 beds in the hospital, 125 are ICU beds while the remaining 375 beds will have 24-hour oxygen facility. The official also informed that out of 125 ICU beds, 25 will be for ICU doctors for children. He said that this decision has been taken keeping in mind the third wave.
