Jailed for the nexus of politicians-terrorists
Para was arrested by the NIA in Delhi last year. Para was granted bail by an NIA court in January this year, observing that there was no reference to him in the original chargesheet as well as the supplementary chargesheet, submitted in July and October last year. However, the Crime Branch of Kashmir immediately arrested him in connection with the nexus between politicians and separatists. He has been in jail since then. His bail was rejected by the NIA court in Srinagar.
